Maintenance of lawn, hedge, ground cover, individual ornamental plants, etc., including protection, watering daily except on rainy days,application of fertilizers and pesticides whenever necessary, carrying out of weeding, moving,etc., operations whenever necessary and sweeping of fallen leaves on lawn.(Based on minimum wages as circulated by the G.M(Per)).

Cost of fertilizers, insecticides/Fungicides (Area of Park or Garden shall be considered including all the components of greenery)

Cost of Tools and implements like Hose pipes, spades, sickles, sprayers, crowbar, secateurs etc.

Engaging of Skilled person as a computer Operator for office works (or) as a Technical Maistry for attending Nursery/ Horticulture and other Afforestration works of the area

Sweeping of fallen leaves on the lawn- Restricted to the area under the tree canopy and for leaf fall season only 10000 x 6 times = 60000

Transport of the waste material collected from the park/gardens, up to 5 KM, including loading and unloading—only with prior permission of E.D(Forestry).

Supply (Cost and transportation) of well de-composed Farm Yard Manure (FYM)

Supply of red-earth for laying on roads

Hiring of Blade tractor/ Tractor Dozer

Cost of cement/ plastic/ earthen/ porcelain flower pots

Cost of soil mixture: The soil mixture should be in 3:1:1 ratio of red soil, sand and well decomposed FYM in powdering form. (0.03 cmt soil mixture)

Placing pebbles, sand etc., while filling pots including cost and transportation of material

Filling of pots with soil mixture and transplanting in to pots(0.03 cmt soil mixture)

Removal of plants and soil from existing pots and cleaning the pots for repotting

Planting the bag / pot plants in pots without disturbing root system

Industrial Allowance 20.00% on labour components(with * mark)

EPS @7% on labour component

Bonus amount @ 8.33% on labour component

CMPF amount @12.72% on labour component

Contractors profit @10% on labour component
