Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work in all type of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, kankar, moorum, shingles including decomposed soft and hard rock, upto all heights stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish icluding centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtr. and removal of the same insitu reinfored concrete and plain concrete work in :

Vertical surface such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like .

Providing and laying cement conc . 1:5:10 (1 cement ,5 sand ,10 graded aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curring complete excluding cost of formwork with in all lead and lift and as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in charge .

Demolition of brick work above G.L. upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within 20 metres lead. i) In cement mortar

Demolition below Ground level up to 1.50 meters depth and disposal of unserviceable materialswith in 20 meters lead Un-reinforced cement concrete up to 15cm thickness.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level. (SECOND CLASS BRICKS) in Cement mortar 1:6

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in: Foundation and plinth

Steel work welded in built up sections including cutting, hoisting, fixing, in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint . RS joists, channels, angles, Tees, flats with connecting plates or angle cleats.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete walls for internal plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. (ii) Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 sand)

Distempering (Two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and of manufacturer and of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give any uneven shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping nad other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperde smooth.

Painting two coats (excluding priming cost on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matters other than white .
