Supplying, providing and laying PCC 1:2:4 mix for foundation/ flooring work/kerb wall drainage wall using 20mm and below grade hard blue granite jelly including all form works, mixing, laying consolidation and curing, etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and fixing twisted reinforcement IS 1786 HYSD bars Fe500D/Fe550D (TMT bars - TATA/ Agni/ JSW) including fabrication, cutting, bending, cold tying, with overlapping to the standard length wherever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including binding, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges, necessary scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, etc. complete for all RCC works (item No. 14) upto 4.5m height as per standard specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, plastering with CM 1:4 mix 15mm thick one coat floated hard & trowelled smooth etc for floors & walls upto 4.5m height with neat finishing and necessary grouting, scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, etc. and mix with water proofing compound (Sika / Perma), fibre mesh wherever required, etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and fixing 1000 ltrs. capacity Sintex triple layered storage water tank with all inlet and outlet pipe fitting arrangements, 20mm brass float valves, ball valve, etc., complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and fixing M.S. grills/ window/ door of required pattern in frames of windows/ Doors/ grill etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars including painting with two (2) coats of enamel paint (Berger/Asian/Nippon) over a coat of zinc-chromate primer (Berger / Asian/Nippan) and cutting, grinding, conveyance, welding charges, electrical charges, etc. complete as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and fixing 1st class Malaysian Vengai wooden ventilators (panel/ louver) consists of 100x70mm outer frames and 75x32mm middle horizontal vertical frame with provision of 4mm thick plain/louver glass, MS grill arrangements etc., including all necessary fittings, etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of paints and painting two coat with 1st quality enamel / touch wood paint of approved shade (Asian/Berger/Nippon) matching to the existing for all doors, windows, false ceiling, etc. over a coat of wood sealer/primer and putty wherever required including thorough cleaning and removal of dirt and necessary scaffolding arrangements, upto 15m heights, etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
