| 1) Per occasions core baker pad - min 04 to max 06 Nos (each core baker pad 20 to 24 elements max) (2) Min 02 to 03 no's Domes (each dome 04 elements)(a) Removal of the stuck elements from the core baker pads/domes up to a depth of 350 mm. (b) Carefully remove the stuck elements without damaging the core baker pads/domes. (c) Replace the removed elements with new elements issued by SSE/Electrical/Wheel Shop Control.(d) Ensure proper fitting and positioning of the newly issued elements in the core baker pads/domes.(e) Complete the replacement work and ensure the core baker is ready for operation. (f) Remove the damaged sprue from the equipment. (g) Clean and inspect the sprue seating area. (h) Obtain the new sprue issued by SSE/TR. ( i) Fit and secure the new sprue properly. (j) Check the alignment and ensure proper functioning. (k) Cleaning and polishing of the core baker pad surface and remaining sprues using emery sheets, and removal of damaged sharp corners by filing with hand files.(l) Re-tapping of damaged threaded holes provided for fixing the sprue | — | — | — | 4,93,230.4 |
