The rates are based on RUDIP ISOR 2023 & chief Engineer( Technical)& T.M RWSS MB PHED Jaipur D&S/BSR 2020-21/2229-2234 date 08-02-2021) Providing & fixing of IS : 13875 & IEC : 61326 confirming LD Digital type ( up to 500) V range Volt meter /Direct- Ammeter / CT oertated ammeter / Frequency meter / KWH meter / Multi Function Meter / Power analyzer of class 1 accuracy as per IS : 1248 of size 96mm x 96mm including making connection by PVC insulated copper conductor with PVC sleeves / channel etc. as required. All as per pre approved by Engineer in- charge . For additional technical parameters of products / work , refer Annexure “A” attached with this BSR Single Phase Ammeter 57.3.1

Providing & fixing of ISO certified company made 240/415 V porcelain kitkat fuse 9 (/HBC type) as PWD specification for electrical Works conforming to IS: 2-86,1983 on existing board/ sheet including making connections with lugs , testing etc. As required . Appropriate type test certificate / OEM test report shall b submitted . All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge . Providing & Fixing of 240 / 415 V AC MCB with positive isolation of 10 Ka breaking capacity (B /C/D tripping characteristic as per type of load and site requirement ) 4 KV impulse withstand voltage , ISI marked IS 8828 ( 1996) / conforming to IEC 60898 -1 2002 , IEC 60947-2 , low watt losses, trip free mechanisum , energy limiting of class 3 as per IEC, minimum phase termination capacity of 35sq. mm. conductor line load reversibility, IP 20 contact protection and fitted in existing distribution board/ sheets, minimum electrical operation 20,000 upto20A rating and 10,000 upto 63A ,5000 FOR 80 A & above rating including making connections, testing etc. as required . OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab type test reports & All as per pre approved y engineer in-charge . Providing & Fixing of din rail mounting LED indicating Lights with Following description and configuration in existing distribution board / sheet including making connections , testing etc. as required. PHED BSR 2020-21 6.1 Labour charges for removing electric fault in wiring/making connection through lugs(with the help of cramping tool) of motor pump set with starter at headworks of water supply scheme/Tubwell/openwell including cost of insulation tape etc.

6.2 Labour charges for replacement of defective ampere meter /voltmeter with new one existing panel board in pump house./Tubewell/openwell(new voltmerter/ampere meter will be provided by department)

6.3.2 Labour charges for repairing of starter at site including opening and reassembling of starter with labour charges for replacing of defective parts with new one at site.( Parts will be supplied by Department) 16 to 30HP
