Note - Oil filteration machine with all T&P & testing equipment required for filtration to be arranged by contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Supply only ISI Marked transformer oil in sealed drum and topping up of transformer oil in transformers after filtration with 50 to 60 KV/min of die-electric strength of oil by high vacuum oil filtration plant complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour, Painting to transformer of any capacity upto 100 KVA from outside after cleaning of exposed surfaces by sand blasting or steel grit blating, with one coat of priming paint followed by two coats of high voltage insulation paints conforming to IS and as per existing colour including writing MES No/SM No complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brazzing (welding) on Copper strip of existing earthing/lightening arrestors including strip cleaning complete at various location all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for laying of cables and foundation of poles etc. and getting out complete all as spceified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches (soil) including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavation soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts. Supply , installation , commissioning and testing Polycarbonate ASTA CPRI approved OEM made main LT Panel made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES including MCCBs and indicator lamps which shall be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The panel shall be anti-acid & anti corrosive, degree of protection against mechanical load shall be IK08 (5 Joule) in accordance with IEC 62262. The manufacturer of panel shall submit a copy of CPRI TEST REPORT IN POLYCARBONATE only also share panel assembled by OEM, channel partner or sister concern assembly will not be accepted. DEGREE OF INGRESS PROTECTION IP 65 IN ACCORDANCE WITH IEC 60529. The gasket shall be internally embedded made of polyurethane. The Panels made by aprroved enclosures in MES & they shall submit a copy of TYPE TEST REPORT of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1. The CPRI report shall have mention of following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily - Temperature Rise, Dielectric Properties, Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and Rated Conditional Short Circuit Current, Effectiveness of Protective Circuits. The board manufacturer shall submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Test Reports submitted of other material of construction like MS, SS will not be applicable. Each Board shall have individual routine test report of the manufacturer. S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT, 25x20cm size all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing switch air break, triple pole, gang operated, outdoor type, mechanically operated, mounted on 12 insulators and steel channel frame with all fittings & accessories like channel, angle, nut, bolts and washer etc, with 25 mm bore GI pipe as operatig rod of suitable length for operating mechanism worked from ground level, including drop out fuse unit assembly 11 KV grade, for current rating upto 400 Amps suitable for 11000 volts grade, AC supply, including locking arrangement for opertaing handle incl all fixing arrangement, including taking out old GOD complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of two pole/ffour pole structure with one coat of aluminium paint and colour paint as per the existing colour of the eqipments including colour code for RYB to indicate the colour code for body earthing & lighting arrestor complete including taking proper shut down & greasing the GOD switch dismantling & removing dust, carbon deposits or any other substance and replacing worn out parts like fixed contacts-03 Nos, moving contacts-03 Nos, reasssembling complete GOD, re installing in position after applying petroleum jelly on moving and fixed contacts & tightening of all bolts & nuts and replacement of ACSR conductor and PVC sleeves , wornout lugs, PG clamps and HT fuses in the structure as required at site including two coats of white wash for masonary plat form complete one coat of synthetic enamel paint for weld mesh, removing of Weeds / Plants inside the yard and Cleaning and painting of Chain link fence for tranformer area complete all as specified and as directed.
