REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF LT PANELS/FEEDER BOX/JUNCTION BOX INCLUDING PAINTING AND OTHER ALLIED E/M WORKS AT AF STN ADAMPUR

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cables and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Returning filling in layers including leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick (punned down to 100 mm thick) after laying of cable in trenches/ducts complete all as specified. Note: Punned down thicknes(overall 18 cm) shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supply & laying old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable length, adjacent/abutting each other complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for galvanised iron tubes 40 mm bore, light grade for protection of cable with & including all fittings fixed to wall, pole or laid in road/floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning for PVC sheathed heavy duty electric LT cable XLPE PVC insulated armoured and with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of size 10 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches in floor, in ducts, through pipe or fixed along the poles complete all as specified and directed.Note:- 1. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, and brick protection shall be measured and paid for separately. 2. Rate of necessary lugs, thimbles and jointing material shall be included in unit rate.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made (CPRI approved) HT bus bar panel of size 1200 mm x 1200 mm x 750 mm, outdoor cubicle type weather and vermin proof totally enclosed, IP-65 protection, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick MS CRCA sheet machine pressed welded to 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm size angle iron, mounted on 75 cm high angle iron 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm frame having four legs welded below frame, openable with front double door having locking arrangement bottom space for cable entry, provision of glands, with copper bus bars 200 Amps rating - 01 set (set of three) mounted on 6 Nos, HT post type insulators, 11000 volts grade suitable size (not less than 36 mm x 5 mm ), duly sleeved with relevant color code insulation & including provision of 01 No incoming MCCB 200 Amps, 4 pole, 25 KA & 03 Nos outgoing MCB's TPN, 63 Amps, including spray painting dark grey with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer legs duly grouted in PCC (1:2:4), 50 cm below ground level and 50 cm above ground including construction of masonry platform of suitable size as per manufacturer instructions and including taking out old unserviceable HT bus bar panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made (CPRI approved) LT bus bar panel of size 900 mm x 900 mm x 450 mm, cubicle, outdoor type(Kiosk), weather and vermin proof totally enclosed, IP-65 protection, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick MS CRCA sheet machine pressed welded to 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm size angle iron, mounted on 75 cm high angle iron 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm frame having four legs welded below frame, openable with front double door having locking arrangement bottom space for cable entry, provision of glands, with copper bus bars 200 Amps rating - 01 set (set of three) three phase & neutral, mounted on 6 Nos, HT post type insulators, 11000 volts grade of suitable size , duly sleeved with releant color code insulation including 01 No incoming MCCB 160 Amps, 25 KA, 4 pole and 05 Nos MCB TPN 63 Amps, C series, 10 KA, powder coated inside and outside including anticorrosive treatment duly grouted in PCC (1:2:4), 50 cm below ground level and 50 cm above ground including construction of masonry platform of suitable size as per manufacturer instructions including taking out old unserviceable HT bus bar panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement , CPRI approved, outdoor type, factory made cable junction box of size 300 mm x 200 mm x 150 mm dust, weather & vermin proof, IP-65 protection , fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick MS CRCA sheet with4 Nos aluminium bus bar strip 25 mm x 3 mm and MCB 6 Amps , 10KA, 'C' Curve, MS strip of size 25 mm x 4 mm , made to shape, epoxy powder coated with anti corrossive paint and MS clamps, bolts, nuts, thimbles etc for fixing arragnement for each street light including cable gland and locking arragement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking shutdown from MES substation , opening of LT Panel of any type by unscrewing nut bolts, disconnect all the electrical connection refix/ resemble all the LT panel after repair work as under mentioned including reconnection all electric cables / wires, testing of all equipment etc all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply only pilot lamp , LED type in existing LT panel for RYB indication all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix , MCCB , 63 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts , 50 HZ, 16 KA, with adjustable thermal and magnetic release, including taking down old and removal , complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix , MCCB , 100 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts , 50 HZ, 36 KA, with adjustable thermal and magnetic release, including taking down old and removal , complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix , MCCB , 160 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts , 50 HZ, 36 KA, with adjustable thermal and magnetic release, including taking down old and removal,complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix , MCCB , 200 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts , 50 HZ, 36 KA, with adjustable thermal and magnetic release, including taking down old and removal , complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Repair to broken out / disconncted door of LT panel by welding with new hinges including necessary material for smooth opening and closing of door and fixing the same with the existing panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material & labour for mild steel 2.0 mm thick MS CRCA sheet mounted on frame of appropriate size angle iron , welded, fabricated to existing panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Preparation of old steel surfaces of LT/HT panels and bus bar chambers over 10 cm width of girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint grey shade (externally) over & including one coat of red oxide primer with spray machine. Including marking of feeders Nos, Voltage etc. (Work shall be executed after taking shut down ) complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour , plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, for foundation of poles , panels etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour , plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, for coping /muff of Existing / new poles , plinth blocks of HT/LT poles, in front of out door panel board etc.Including use & waste necessary form work & hair finishing the exposed surfaces even an smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected and including GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth plate surrounded by packed alternate layers of coal dust and common salt 15 cm thick, all around top and bottom and watering pipe 20 mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh and 50mm bore GI pipe light grade for protection of GI strip 32mmx6mm from top of earth plate upto test point (upto 7.5metre in length) connected with suitable size of GI nuts, bolts and washers all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I, testing on completion including excavation/earth work in any type of soil/rock, PCC chamber (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and 50mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia TMT steel bars @ 100 mm c/c both ways with suitable handle for lifting arrangement & including formwork and MS frame using MS angle iron 40 x 40 x 6 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note :- PCC chamber shall be constructed 500mm away from the edge of earth pit and watering pipe shall be provided in slunting manner.

Notes : (i) Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch 'A' Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
