In Year 2025-26 New construction work of Naraul to Khodan link road in Km 1

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from local pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Laying and spreading soil on a prepared surface, pulverising, mixing the spred soil in place with rotavator with 2% slaked lime having minimum 50% of contents of CaO., Grading with motor grader and copacting with the smooth wheeled road roller at OMC to achieve atleast 98% of the max dry density from a layer of sub-base asd per Ttechnical specification Clause 403.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam grade II specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per technical specification clause 405-2

Providing laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam garde III specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding material to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per technical specification clause 405-2

Providing and Laying Brick Edging on Both side of the painted Surface with Class -150 Brick /7.5 cm wide and 11.5 cm Deep Finished to required Temple in proper alignment & incluiding dressing & ramming the excavated earth and also incluiding cost of Brick edirection of Engineer in Charge.tc As per

Providing and applying primer coat with Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumin distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Air compressor as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a sutable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Sepecification Clause 508

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510

Construction of Subgrade and Earthern Shoulders with approved material obtained from local pits with 2% slaked lime having minimum 50% of contents of CaO, Grading with roller OMC to achieve atleast 98% of the max dry density from a layer of sub base asd per Technical specification Clause 403.

Excavation in Foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay, or sand) including lift upto 1.5 metre (5 fts.) and lead upto 30 m (100 fts) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 m. (100 fts) from the foundation trenches.as per schedule item no 251 Ch 03

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 km.(5 miles) from the site of work and including watering, dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (Rate is Including Royality) as per schedule item no 255 ch 03

Cement concrete with 4 cm (1.5") gauge approved stone ballast, approved coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 6 : 3 : 1 including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per schedule item no 279 Ch 05

First class brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 FM. mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.as per schedule item no 305 ch 06

12 mm Cement plaster in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm. In girth and finished even and smooth. No extra for mixing any additive.(1:4) etc as per schedule item no 17.58(II) ch 13

Supply & Laying of Hume pipe S & S Type in position with cement and sand mortar in 1:2 withsun including labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of by the Engineer-in-charge (Labour rate only) N.P-3-Type (a) 600 mm dia

Supply & Laying of Hume pipe S & S Type in position with cement and sand mortar in 1:2 withsun including labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of work as per direction of by the Engineer-in-charge (Labour rate only) N.P-3-Type (a) 1000 mm dia

Supply & fixing Km. Stone/HM Stone/sign Board

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 1st year maintenance cost (0.0% Construction Cost)

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 2nd year maintenance cost (0.75% Construction Cost)

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 3rd year maintenance cost (1.50% Construction Cost)

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 4th year maintenance cost (2.25% Construction Cost)

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 5th year maintenance cost (3.00% Construction Cost)
