(b) Top coat :-Top coat shall be cipy cipothane SL of 800 microns. The material for top coat shall be supplied in pre-weighed packs and ready to mix and use. M&L for cleaning the spalled concrete covers, exposed reinforced corroded bars with water and applying two caots of ZINC RICH anti corrosive coat, on bars followed by application of EPOXY bonding agent on and around exposed portion and then replaster the same with micro cconcrete repair mortar of average thickness of 40mm, all around and cure for the 7days. Make:- Build core chemicals, STP limited, Dr.Fixit or equivalent approved by GE.

M&L for application of one coat of high viscous Acrylic coat as primer 1;4 ratio with water on existing visible beyond 2 or 3mm movable or settlement cracks on external / internal walls, apply one coat of latex based coat followed by applying neoprene rubber based sealer cloth tape and same is to be covered with finishing coat of Latex based coat. Make: 'Wideline sealer' of Visiontech or similar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning and surface preparation of RCC tank's wall and base by removing any unsound or loose particle and throughly cleaning the surface and applying two coats of CORECOAT LP(F), and applying a coat of plaster (10mm thick) with adition of COREPLAS LW as per manufacturer's instructions over the second coat is still wet. And applying second coat of p[laster of 5mm thick with finish of cement added with COREBOND AR. Make: Buildcore or Equivalent complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removal of weeds and vegetation with hand tools only followed by injecting Monsanto's herbicide to prevent the growth of new plants in future, removal of all polluted ridden loose patches of entire stone/brick masonry walls portion by heavy jet pressure pumps, cleaning with water so that all surfaces should be sound, clean and free of contaminants. After 24 hours cleaning of remained saturated accumulated dust with soft bristle brush to prepare the surface for application of stone cleanser and applying the same, and making good the surfacesin PCC 1:2:4 or with CM 1:3 as per site requirement etc complete all as specified and as directed.
