Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un -reinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of flooring / hard standing as specified

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of flooring / hard standing as specified

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm grade aggregate) as in levelling coarse in flooring finished even and fair under floor finishes.

M & L for Virified Ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) including demolition of old tiles complete as directd.

M & L for Virified Ceramic tiles 8 to10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 and dismantling of old tiles along with cement mortar bedding complete as directd.

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to matchetc over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) including demolition of old tiles complete as directd.

M & L Virified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 and dismantling of old tiles along with cement mortar bedding complete as directd.

M&L for Glazed ceramic glossy finish tiles coloured in vertical surface 450X300X7mm in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified.
