Providing and fixing second class teak wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc fixed to steel window by welding including priming coat with approved steel primer complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters 35mm thick conforming to IS :2202 (Part I) , core of block board construction and plywood face panel commercial type on both sides of shutters complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC 'C' channel of size 30 mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10 mm (5 mm x 2 ) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the 'C' Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer's specification & drawing 30 mm thick plain PVC door shutters.

Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with awall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing IS : 12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges of size 100X58X1.90 mm with stainless steel screws complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts of size 300x16 mm, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts of size 200x10 mm, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 12mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm cement plaster of mix cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 5 mm cement plaster of mix cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), on concrete surfaces and ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling tiles of any type in floors and wall laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic antiskid floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 and approved make and thickness, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge including laid over 20 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete all as specified and directed..

Providing and laying Glazed wall tiles /Antiskid finish of size of tile 600 x 300 mm thickness as specified by manufacturer in dado with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand and manufacturer, in all colours and shade, including backing coat 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments complete. The tiles shall be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily complete all as specified and directed..

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles Matt/Antiskid finish of size of tile 600 x 600 mm in floor thickness as specified by manufacturer with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand and manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid over and including 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments complete. Note:- Iron safety grills, glass panes and painting shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule 'A' / BOQ.

S&F, steel ventilators with top hung glazed shutter as per IS 1038 using rolled steel section as per IS 7452 including hinges, hold fast, flat latches for locking and provision of peg stay inclusive of one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed. Note: Iron safety grills, glass panes and painting shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule 'A' / BOQ.

Providing and placing in repair on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing Roof treatment in any layers including demolition of PCC in roofs unreinforced and disposal of debris to distance exc 250 metre and not exc 500 metre out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed. i) All the dismantled debris are required to be removed from HEMRL premises right after demolition so that process of user should not get obstructed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 (Type B0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) (40mm thick avg) as in levelling course to match the undulations of roof and in coving,wall coping, roof kerbs including benching, necessary formwork and finished rough surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering of 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) of approved make as per manufacturer's instructions over RCC roof slab and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately as 'Supply only' under relevant item of this Shedule 'A' / BOQ.

Material and labour for applying water based polyurethane modified dispersion (single component, cold applied, non toxic, VOC complaint) in 03 coats including 01 coat of epoxy primer @ .15 Kg per Sqm followed by two coats of polyurethane coating with 1.5 Kg per sqm in two coats complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for serial item No-46 1. Properties of Polyurethane based chemical shall confirm to following Technical Parameters:- (i) Highly Elastic and shall have crack bridging ability of upto 3mm as per AS NZ 4548 (ii) UV Resistance. (iii) Adhesion to concrete and shall resist 7 bars of hydrostatic pressure. (iv) Tensile strength should not less than 2.0 N/sq.mm for free film & 60 % solid content as per ASTM C 1250 (v) Elongation should not less than 300% as per ASTM D2370 (vi) Solid content by weight should not less than 60%. Supplly and fixed in repair Steel rolling shutters, thickness of laths in 1.25 mm with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and directed.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for inishing walls with 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives. (Two coats applied @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm. Over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacturer to give an even shade with two coats over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer over walls and ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade with two coats on newly plastered surfaces applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade with two coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture complete all as specified and directed.

E/M PORTION Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting any type etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium flame proof sub main wiring in Steel conduit pipe any type including etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaceS of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.
