B) 11 KV XLPE Cable 3x185 sq.mm.

C) LT ABC Cable (3x120+1x95+1x16) sq. mm.

D) Distribution Box 3 Phase

E) 11 KV XLPE Cable 3x185 sq.mm. jointing kit

F)-Line material such as 11 K.V. cross arms/11 KV Pin insulator/ACSR conductor/GI Wire/MS angle & MS channel/stay wire/stay rod, disc fitting etc.

Erection of P.C.C. Pole 11 Mtr. Long including fixing all accessories and fabrication as required after digging a pit of size 1.20X0.75X1.75 Mtrs. 1-PCC Pole 11 Mtr.Long

Erection of D/P on PCC POLE after digging of pits of size 1.20X0.75X1.75 Mtrs including fabrication of Structure as per RESPO norms.

Making a section double pole to exist pole after fabrication & fixing of T channel fixing of all 11 KV accessories.

Earthing of PCC support with MS Earth rod of 2.5 Mtr. Long including excavation of pit & driving of MS rod up to proper depth & connection the earth electrode with the help of GI wire.

Laying Lifting stringing and sagging of conductor complete in all respects as per RESPO norms. 1-Dog Conductor.

2-Rabbit Conductor.

3-Weasel Conductor.

Erection fixing & grouting of stay rod size 16X1800mm after digging the pit of size 0.60X0.30X0.30 meter in ratio 1:4:8 including fixing of stay wire clamp and nuzzling at the both ends.

Mounting of 11/0.4 KV T/F on double pole & making connection of PVC Cable & Lead of HT/LT line. 1-63 KVA to 100 KVA

Providing & fixing of following clamps for PCC Pole, made of MS flat of size 50X6mm complete in all respect. 1-LT Pin Clamps with nut & bolt.

2-Shackle Insulator with nut & bolt.

3-Double Pole Clamps with nut & bolt.

Providing and fixing Piercing Clamp.

Providing and fixing Dead & End Clamp.

Providing and fixing of Danger Board

Providing and fixing Suspension Clamp.

Providing and fixing Bolt and Nuts.

Providing & fixing of stay clamp for PCC Pole/STP made of MS flat of size 50X6 mm complete in all respect.

Providing & fixing of Stay insulator in stay wire as per site requirement.

Dissmentling of Damaged & Broken P.C.C./ S.T.Pole/R.S. Joist by digging the pits & removel of complete H.T./L.T. line accessories .

Disconnecting the Cable of existing consumers from LT Line and reconnection the cable of existing consumers after completion the work of replacement of damaged conductor etc.

Removal of weasel conductor/GI wire after opening the bindings & making the role etc.

Dissmentling of LT ABC Cable & L.T line accessories .

Dissmentling of 11KV XLPE Cable & H.T line accessories .

Dismantling of D.P. including the work of dismanling of all accessories and connected HT/LT Line connections.

Fabrication and fixing of all 11 KV H.T/L.T. line accessories.

Making section T-off for 11 KV/LT Line.

Cutting & Chopping of tree branches.

Jumpering of 11 KV/LT Line at different places/T points.

Grouting of PCC/ST poles with Dust, Cement &Stone blast concretibg as per norms.

Fixing of Junction Box & making connection & other related works.

Providing D-Type loop on each face & neutral.

Providing & fixing of bamboo sticks of required size on LT Line as per instructions of JE concerned.

Fabrication of cable Jointing/termination kit.

Laying lifting stringing of proper sagging of 11 KV XLPE Cable of different sizes with filling jointing kit different size.

Laying lifting & sagging of LT line with A.B. Conductor of different size including proper binding & jumpring (3x50, 3x95, 3x120 sqmm.)

Cartage of Weasel/Rebbit/Dog Conduter from site of work to J.E. store to Centarl Store including loading & unloading at both ends (maximum distance up to 50 km.)

Cartage of old & used 11 KV XLPE Cable from site of work to J.E. store to Centarl Store (distance up to 50 KM approx.) including loading & unloading at both ends (Length cable upto 50 meter each or part their off).

Cartage of old & used LT ABC Cable from site of work to J.E. store to Centarl Store (distance up to 50 KM approx.) including loading & unloading at both ends
