Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep & averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in & raming earth/ broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering, & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m & making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete Type B2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as per Specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia & over upto & including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers & binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Precast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate in columns, posts, boundary pillars, etc.(of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in CM(1:4) with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed

M&L PCC type C1 (1:3:6) using 20 mm graded aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic & other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface fair face of brickwork in CM (1:4) finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc 30 cm high complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted on new wall surface including preparation of surface.and Chalk whitening complete all as specified and as directed
