Operation and Maintenance of RO plants 03 Nos with Skilled operator for day shift and the detail scope of work and locations of plants is mentioned in Annexure - D

Supply and Using of Chemicals as per the required qty and consumables required for O & M of R O plants like Antiscalant chemicals and Membrane cleaning chemical and other required chemicals and consumables as necessary for RO plants operation.

Supply and Replacement of Filter cartridge 1'' to 2 '' Dia 20'' long slim wound cartridge filters once in 2 months in 250 LPH capacity RO plants.

Supply and Replacement of 4'' dia RO Membrane for 250 LPH RO plants.

Repair/Re-conditioning of Vertical high pressure motor, including re-winding, servicing of multi stage pump, and other mechanical and electrical accessories.

Repair/Re-conditioning of filter feed pump motor, Feeder pump, waste water pump including re-winding, servicing of multi stage pump, and other mechanical and electrical accessories.

Repair / Replacement of DOL starter and other electrical accessories for RO plants.

Repair/ Re -conditioning of instrumentations parts low pressure and high pressure switches, pressure gauges, Roto meters, dosing pumps and Level Indicators for smooth operation.

Servicing and replacement of filter medias of Pressure Sand Filter (PSF) once in a year during the contract period for two years.

Servicing and replacement of filter medias of Pressure Sand Filter (PSF) and Activated Carbon Filter (ACF) once in a year during the contract period for two years.
