Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, getting out for electric cable complete in any type of soil omplete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, soil obtained from excavation including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling (pulverized stone dust) for sand cushioning incl spreading & levelling for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring of holes under road pavment/hard standing by manual boring including making good to the distrubed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down Unsv rusted steel tubing and connections for removal of bore of pipes 40/50/80 mm or above complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing light grade as in cable protection, laid in trenches/under road crossing/fixed on pole/wall/under floor including suitable iron clamps of required size complete of following sizes :-

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100V grade, heavy duty cable with XLPE insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed complete all as specified & directed for following sizes :-

Taking down old unsv UG LT cable of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of CPRI approved LT cubical panel board 440 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire, Out door type >IP 65 , weather, vermin, dust proof, front operated with adequate air ventilation at sides and back fabricated out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet with double door shutter and locking arrangements, cables trays, cable lugs,cable gland etc.including provision for taking out incoming and outgoing cables duly marked with relevent letter plates of appropriate size for each feeder cables, danger board etc, floor mounted with PCC 1:2:4, type B1 platform of 50 cm height suitable nut bolts, washer etc. for grouting , and painting with powder coated epoxy finish of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer suitable to accomodate and including the following mentioned fittings incl taking down old/unsv panel complete all as specified and as directed comprising the followings:-

(i) Bus bar chamber consisting of four Nos Aluminium bus bars duly sleeved of capacity of 600 Amps for phases and 300 Amps for neutral. Duly insulated with PVC sleeves RYB , mounted on heavy duty epoxy insulation in separate compartment. (ii) Digital Voltmater and Ammeter three line display L1 L2 L3 with suitable CT's (iii) LED type indicating lamps (RYB) with holders controlled by fuses and swicthes . (iv) Panel board internal wiring with suitable rated PVC insulated copper conductors. (v) MCCB 3 phase, 415V, 400 Amps 4 pole 36 kA, Adjustable magnetic and fixed thermal - 1 No (I/C) (vi) MCCB 3 phase, 415V, 160 Amps 4 pole 16 kA, Fixed magnetic and Fixed thermal - 2 No (O/G) (vii) MCCB 3 phase, 415V,125 Amps 4 pole 16 kA, Fixed magnetic and Fixed thermal - 3 No (O/G) (vii) MCCB 3 phase, 415V,100 Amps 4 pole 16 kA, Fixed magnetic and Fixed thermal - 3 No (O/G)

S&F in replacement sheet metal enclosure distribution board triple pole and neutral (VTPN), AC, 440 volts, 08 ways with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar and metal double door suitable for MCCB 63/100/125 amps as incomer and MCB SPs as outgoing along with cable end box for above DB and flush to wall including all cutting etc in wall complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : MCCB & MCB SPs shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of commercial Air curtain unit for prevention of dust and conditioned air losses, single phase, 220 V, 50 Hz, made out of MS/CRCA sheet of minimum thickness 18 guage finished with two coats of red oxide primer and final coat of synthetic enamel paint (over baked) with MS - CRC 18 guage square perforated suction grills, Aluminium alloy fans and single phase electric motor, nozzles etc, complete with fittings and accessories so as to produce 1-1.5 m/sec air velocity at floor level, including proper fixing arrangements on wall where required at site, complete all as specified and directed for the following door opening sizes :- Notes: The rate quoted shall be inclusive of fixing supporting arrangement including fabrication MS supporting stand, made from angle iron of 5mm thick suitable for the size of aircurtain with necessary welding, anchor fasteners, grinding and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and mounting of air curtain with all necessary clamps, anchor fasteners and fittings along with provision of bracing support taken from any side walls/ceiling including all necessary connected works like welding and drilling as per site requirement, automatic door mechanical limit switch/ magnetic reed switch with proper mounting along with all necessary connected items including relay/ contactors etc suitable for any type of wooden/ glass/ aluminium doors as per site requirement and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with 10 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, two single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 10 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH copper conductor cable drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC concealed conduit of 20 mm dia, medium grade with all conduit accessories and connected to common earth dolly with suitable copper lugs including all cutting / chases etc in stone/brick masonary/ walls and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified & directed. Note-Two runs of 10.00 sqmm single core cable and one run of 10.00 sqmm earth wire including PVC conduit together shall be measured as one unit.

M&L for sub main wiring with two single core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated ,unsheathed , FRLS multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade cable in and including heavy grade PVC Casing & Capping ISI marked broken white or of cream colour with all accessories such as tee,bend,joint cover etc, screws, gutti / roul plugs PVC all as per site requirements including fixing on surface on stone walls / brick masonary walls /ceilings /floors etc with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated,unsheathed, FRLS multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade cable as a continuous earth wire and connected to common earth dolly complete and making good to disturbed surfaces/wall with plaster & matching with the existing colour of wall/floor etc all as specified and colour coding of cables such as Phase- Red, Neutral-Black, and Earth-Green complete all as specified and as directed. Note-Two runs of 2.5 sqmm single core cable and one run of 2.5 sqmm earth wire including PVC casing & capping together shall be measured as one unit.

S&F sheet metal enclosure with socket plug top and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earh plug and socket complete with one SPN MCB 10 Amps 'C' curve type, complete all as specified and directed.
