Providing, fitting and fixing powder coated pressed steel door frame made of 1.25mm/1.6mm thick sheet of various sizes with necessary hinge jamb, lock jamb, head and steel base ties at the bottom of the frame. The whole frame shall be welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means with base ties of pressed mild steel angle of size 20 X 20 X 1.25mm thick. Frame to be filled up with 1:4:8 P.C.C after fitting the frame with brick/concrete works etc. complete as directed by the department for all levels. 13.3.4 Providing two coats of Birla White Wall Care Putty (Water Resistant White Cement based putty for concrete/mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external) after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department. (Total thickness of two coats is maximum 1.5mm) Thickness = 1.5 mm thick

13.2.2 m Distempering two coats with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface to give and even shade, over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brooming the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and preparing surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer.

Distempering two coats with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface to give and even shade, over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brooming the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and preparing surface even and sand papered smooth. Applying primary coat over new steel and other metal surface over 100m in width or girth after preparing the surface by throughly clearing oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with wire brushes, fine steels, wood scrapers and sand paper. 26.1.3 Pre constraction anti- termite treatment by applying in the entire levelled area after plinth filling and before laying floor by applying the emulsion @5 (five) litres per square meter of the surface to be spread with light rodding so as to ensure proper bsorption by the filled up earth (supplying of necessary tools and accessories bt the contractor) as per the direction of the department complete. 18.7.1 Supplying, fitting and fixing door frame made of M.S. equal angle of size 40mm X 40mm X 5mm fabricated, welded, mitred and joined as per relevent IS Codes including fitting 8 nos of MS hold fast providing closing/holding device for 2nos. tower bolts of door for each side and 1 no. for fitting and fixing Aldrop (for single leaf) to the frame for fixing the frame to the wall/R.C.C. members by embedding the hold fast securely in C.C. block of M-15 grade complete at all levels as specified and directed.

12.3 Providing, fitting and fixing PVC door frame of Duroplast make DPF-5060 make suitable for DPS-3720 made from extruded PVC multichamber hollow section having dimensions of 50mm X 60mm (Toletance + l rnm). Horizontal and vertical sections shall be joined by steel screws after inserting M.S. tubular rectangular galvanised L-shaped brackets of size 100mm X 100mm or plastic brackels of size 75mm X 75mm with metred cut at the corners. Hinge side of the frame shall be reinforced with M.S.Tubular section of size 40mm X 20mm. The frame will be fixed to the column/ stiffner/ wall with the help of 3 nos 75mm long and 4mm dia steel screws and expandable fastners on each side of the door frame complete in all respects as sepcified and directed at all levels.

12.4 Providing fitting and fixing PVC Door shutters of Duroplast DPS 3720 make made from extruded PVC stiles and rails made from rigid PVC multicavity hollow chember section of size 90mm X 37mm (Toletance + 1mm) . The corners of the stiles and rails shall be metred out and fixed to each other with the help of solid plastic L-shaped brackets or M.S. rectangular tubular galvanised two nos of size 200mm X 100mm and. 100mm X 37mm shall be fixed in the middle by aluminium cleat and steel screws as lock rail. The section frame shall then be fuilled with PVC panels of approved colour of size 100mm X 20mm, Then two numbers of bright steel rods of 6mm diameter shall be inserted horizontally through stiles and panels with two numbers of checknuts and washers all complete as specified and directed at all levels. (Door fixtures and fittings to be measured and paid separately)

13.3.4 Providing two coats of Birla White Wall Care Putty (Water Resistant White Cement based putty for concrete/mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external) after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department. (Total thickness of two coats is maximum 1.5mm) (i) Thickness = 1.5 mm thick

13.2.3(a) Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after throughly brooming the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

13.5.2 Finishing wall with two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior coatings of Unicem "Rakshak" brand of required shade by thinning 1Ltr. of paint with 750ml of waterto give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials as specified and directed by the department. c) Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J& N paint/ Nerolac
