Cutting in earth work in all kinds of classification, of soils such as pick work, jumper work blasting work saturated soils including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soils, dewatering and / or removal of slush and other incidentals, lift up to any height stacking excavated soil up to all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in foundation, trenches, etcetera in earth work in all kinds of classification, of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work saturated soils including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soils, dewatering and / or removal of slush and other incidentals, lift up to any height stacking excavated soil up to all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimetre) thick layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth to the disposal point within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Boulder filling dry hand packed lightly made for shed complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying damp proof course 25 mm (twenty five milllimetre) thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement : two sand :four graded/crushed crushed stone aggregate 10mm (ten millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement : two sand :four graded/crushed crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement : Four sand : Eight graded/crushed crushed stone aggregate 25mm (Twenty five millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting and fixing and launching in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in beams, joists, channels, angles, tees flats with connecting plates or angle cleats in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters purlins connected to common rafters and the like including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with screws prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete as per specification including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges.
