(A) M.S.Structure work at Twin main CLC as follows. Dismantling charges of old damaged M. S. Platform from the Raw water flow channel platforms by cutting of existing sheets etc with the help of gas cutter & welding machine and other tools & tackles by taking all safety precautions for workers & without damaging the bar screen MS structure resting on M. S. Platform. Arranging all tools & tackles as per site requirement.
Safety arrangement since the work has to be done above the Raw water flow channel. This includes transportation of safety material & its loading & unloading complete for making safety arrangements.
Scaffolding arrangement at site of work this includes plates, balli, jacks, chain block, chain etc to & fro and its loading unloading complete & its dismantling after completion of work.
Supply, Fabrication, Erection & commissioning of M.S Structure duly fabricated with M.S Channel of size 150 X 75mm, M.S angle of size 50x50x6mm & M.S.Chequered sheet of 8 mm thick of size 43.65 sq mtr. The job includes welding of I-beam & Angle in suitable distance. Laying of chequered sheet on the main I-beams grouted on the flow chamber with the help of heavy duty manual labour arrangement with proper welding work on M.S.Structure. Primer and painting of complete structure.
(B) Renovation of Damaged MS shed at Twin Main CLC as follows. Supply of Metal (metro) profile sheet of size 1070mmx10ft (14Nos).
Supply of Metal (metro) profile sheet of size 1070mmx12ft (16Nos)
Supply of center roof top sheet for hut type shed 2x22 ft.
Supply of 12mm waterproof Wooden plywood
Supply of MS Sq.Pipe of size 40x70mm
Dismantling of old damaged & rusted sheets from the MS structure of tin shed without damaging the structure from all sides.
Primer and painting of complete structure after cleaning of old paint & rust from the structure. Two coats of anti corrosive paint after one coat metal primer.
Erection of profile sheets on the existing structure with required hook, screw & electric welding etc as required.
Strengthening of existing doors of the tin shed by replacing of damaged angles , hinges and replacement of damaged MS sheet form the doors of size 3x7ft and 4x8ft.
Fabrication charges of windows in the shed by making proper frame,grill and doors in the window for proper ventilation etc.
Fixing charges of MS Sq pipe on the existing structure with electric welding for strengthening of structure and for fixing of required hook and screws & as required at site.
Erection charges of wooden plywood on the existing structure from inside with required hook, screw & proper support to avoid extra heat & cold in summer & winter seasons to give shelter for the working staff.
Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- all work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) 3.20x6.55x.15
