Comprehensive maintenance and development and site specific landscape and arboriculture works including plantation of seasonal flowering plants, TandP, irrigation and allied incidental works at various parks in Ward No. 1 and 2, Delhi Cantt

Removal of green waste from the site using one or more non polluting dedicated vehicle TATA-407 or equvilant with minimum gross vehicle weight (GVM)-4.50 Tonnes with auto tipping facility & provided with suitable covering arrangements to prevent air pollution & spreading of leaves while transporting green waste. The vehicle should be provided with a driver & a helper (Driver - 1 Nos & Helper - 1 No). The contractor shall bear cost of fuel, lubricants, repairts of vehicles, salary of driver and helper and all ancillary expenditure complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Hiring charges for deploying Bush Cutter with petrol for maintaing landscape areas, the cost of fuel, lubricants, repairs etc. complete shall be borne by the contractor. The contractor shall be required to engage minimum 7 bush cutter (7 nos x 180 days) = 1260 days

Hiring charges for providing hedge cutter machine petrol/battery operated for maintaining, cutting & giving aesthetical shapes to the hedges & landscaped areas. The cost of fuel, lubricants, repairs etc. complete shall be borne by the contractor. The contractor shall be required to engage minimum 7 hedge cutter (7 nos x 180 days) = 1260 days

Providing powerfull blowers Petrol/battery operated for collection of fallen leaves, foilage, flowers etc. to create heapes of green waste by mechnical means for better collecting, lifting & removal of green waste. The cost of fuel, lubricants, repairs etc. complete shall be borne by the contractor. The contractor shall be required to engage minimum 7 blower machine (7 nos x 180 days) = 1260 days

Providing uniform (2 sets of uniforms both for winter and summer season) as per design, color and pattern would be required to be provided to the work man engaged under the contract. The contractor would be required to submit samples for Uniform to the Engineer-in-charge for approval. In case the agency fails to submit samples of uniform or fails to provide uniform to each workmen it will be treated as default in performance of the contract. 2 Sets (1 set for winter and 1 set for summer and set shall comprise of a pair of uniform for both summers and winters).
