All as per Srl item No 50.00 here-in-before but from the dual media filter different and activated carbon filter different having capacity 22.5 cum per hours by removing sludge & silt completely with suitable pumps, manpowers , necessary T&P and replace necessary suitable media filter and activated carbon (0.5 Cubic meter to be replace)). Note : Cost of media filter and activated carbon included in this rate. (Note: Every six month for date of contract)

M & L for preparing old painted steel or iron surfaces of any size by removing dust, rust with the help of sand paper and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on surfaces of machineries, equipment, steel structure at sewage sump installations etc complete. Note :- T&P installed at sewage well and connected items shall only be measured under this item. (Loc - Bana Singh Vihar and New Bansi Park)

M&L, Construction of Brick Masonry valve chamber of size 900x900x900mm (Internal dimensions) with PCC 1:4:8 foundation 150mm thick, brick work built in CM 1:6, PCC 1:3:6 coping 50mm thick, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 to all internal and exposed surfaces including excavation earthwork in hard/dense soil, MS sheet cover 4mm thick and MS equal angle iron 50mmx50mmx6mm frame as per existing size with locking arrangement embedded in PCC suitable for 25/40/50mm gate valve and painting to MS cover with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc complete ground requirement including dismantling old/damaged valve pits.

M&L for taking out non clog submersible pump set 3 phase 415 volt with the help of chain pully block or any suitable means from sewage well /sump after disconnecting electric and sewage pipe coupling connections, opening of pump, cleaning of impeller and volute casing casting, clogged discharge line or opening motor for carrying out repairs / rewinding, re-eassemling back the pump set and reinstallation into sewage sump by connecting all electrical & discharge line, testing complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to AC, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 12.5 HP Electric Submersible pumping motor taken out against item no 13 above by dismantling of burnt motor, cutting and taking out burnt stator winding from motor, cleaning the stator and rewinding with super enamelled water proof copper wire of original gauge/size including re-assembling back complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs to AC, 3 phase, 415 Volts, up to 3HP Electric Submersible pumping motor taken out against item no 13 above by dismantling of burnt motor, cutting and taking out burnt stator winding from motor, cleaning the stator and rewinding with super enamelled water proof copper wire of original gauge/size including re-assembling back complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing existing 3 phase 50 HP motor induction motor from base frame after disconnecting electrical connections replacing bearings, cleaning the rotor & stator, removing extra grease, varnishing, heating and baking the winding of the motor, grinding the shaft etc complete and reassembling and fixing back to original position and testing, commissioning etc all as directed (Notes :- (1) Replacement of major parts will be measured & paid separately; (2) Any minor part if required will be provided by contractor without any extra cost.
