Charges for carrying out an annual maintenance works in Boiler Feed Pump Motor Coolers in BFP A, B, and C: Assembling the end covers, checking air gap and magnetic axis.
Charges for carrying out an annual maintenance works in Boiler Feed Pump Motor Coolers in BFP A, B, and C: Tightening the bed bolts, foundation bolts, Checking the IR value, DC resistance and trial run the motor in decouple/couple condition running the motor satisfactorily.
BFP Motor Cooler : Removing the cooler pipelines. Releasing the cooler from the motor. Transporting the cooler from 4.5 Mtr. to repair bay through 13.5 Mtr floor. Dismantling of cooler covers. Cleaning the cooler tubes. Checking the cooler tubes by hydraulic testing at 4 Kg pressure for ½ hr. After overhauling transporting the cooler from repair bay to motor location. Erecting the cooler to the motor and connecting the pipe lines and painting.
MC PUMP MOTOR AND COOLER: Removing the cooler top cover and fan cover of MC Pump motor, cleaning of cooler tubes with wire brush and air. Cleaning of fan and covers Motor cleaning. Terminal tightness checking and meggering
SOP MOTOR: Motor Sl.No: 31136000-1Cleaning the motor, Terminal tightness checking meggering of motor and cable. Removal of fan guard cleaning and reassembling. Cleaning the cooler and greasing and bearing.
Supply of high grade nitrile rubber gasket (NBR) size of 1mtr X 1Mtr X 5mm for cooler
