Charges for Renewal of 400 NB butterfly valve and expansion belliw, removal, cleaning, Inspection, blue matching, leak testing of 350 NB butterfly valve and 200 NB gate valve, 350 NB & 250 NB NRV and providing of supports at various locations of ACW system
Charges for Removal of damaged 400 NB Butterfly valve from the ACW pump suction line and cleaning the flange seating area, cutting of gasket, fixing of new valve and tightening of bolts & nuts as per the direction of engineer in charge. ( Including transportation of new valves from stores to site and old valve from site to stores)
Charges for Removal of damaged 350 NB Rubber Expansion Bellow in ACW pump Discharge line and cleaning the flange seating area, Positationing of new bellow and tightening of bolts & nuts including the cost of T&P and consumables as per the direction of engineer in charge. ( Including transportation of new bellow from stores site and old bellow from site to stores)
Charges for removal of Discharge line 350 NB Butterfly valve, cleaning of valve and seating and intranal area and flange seating area, Inspection, hydraulic testing of valve, opening of Gear box cover, cleaning, Inspection and greasing of gear box, closing of cover, cutting of gasket, fixing of valve and tightening of bolts & nuts in ACW Discharge line including the cost of T&P and any minor spares and consumables as per the direction of engineer in charge.
Charges for removal of 350 NB NRV from the ACW discharge line, opening of top cover, removal of disc assembly, lapping of disc and disc seating area, cleaning of other internal area, blue matching, assembling of disc,hydraulic testing of valve, cutting of gasket, and closing of top cover positationing of NRV and tightening of bolts & nuts including the cost of any minor spares and consumables as per the direction of engineer in charge
Charges for Removal of damaged support, fabrication of support by gas cutting and welding and positationing of support in ACW discharge line by using 100 mm channel (material supplied by TANGDCO) including the cost of T&P and consumables as per the direction of engineer in charge.
Charges for Removal of 250 NB NRV from CCW pump Discharge line, opening of top cover, removal of disc assembly, lapping of disc and disc seating area, cleaning of other internal area, blue matching, assembling of disc,hydraulic testing of valve, cutting of gasket, and closing of top cover positationing of NRV and tightening of bolts & nuts including the cost of any minor spares and consumables as per the direction of engineer in charge.
Charges for Removal of 200 NB Gate valve from CCW PHE (Inlet and Outlet of CCW & ACW line) system, Dismantling of valve, inspection of valve internals, cleaning, lapping of Disc and seating area, blue matching, rectification of defects, Reconditioning / replacement of wornout spares, Gaskets, gland packing rings etc., assembling and positation of valve in and normalizing work including the cost of any minor spares and consumables as per the direction of engineer in charge.
