42/6667-S/R to Nuagabada to Tilada_Road_BT repair with PMC and SC_1.400 to 2.880 for 2026-27

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish on both sides of the road to facilitate widening of berms, disposal of the stuff including all labour, T&P articles required for the work etc.complete as per clause 201 of MORD.

Labour for scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen for 10 sqm and laying 37.5mm thick Built up spray grouting in one layers using 0.45cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm with 0.12 cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 sqm spreading over and laying etc (To be used for minor repair works only )

Providing laying and compacting graded stone agregate to wet mix macadum specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant,carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base and base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive desired density etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge .

Providing and applying priming coat over the prepared surface in low porosity with bitumen Emolusion (SS-1) including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer @ 0.90 to 1.2 Kg./sqm using mechanical means etc.complete as per technical (MORD) specification clause 502.

Providing and applying Tack coat over the bituminous surface, with bitumen emolusion (RS-1) using emolusion distributor cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical (MORD) specification as per clause no.503.

Labour for laying 20 mm thick premix carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm size crushed stone chipping and 14.60kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR , hot-mix plant,bitumen boilers and all other T&P articles etc(To be used for minor repair works )

Labour for laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06 cum of 6.7mm size chips as per sieve analysis and 6.8kg of bitumen per 10sqm including hire& running charges of PRR,hot-mix plant , tar boiler and all other T&P articles etc

Earth work in ordinary soil from approved borrow area by mechanical means including loading into & transportation by transport vehicles & unladoing the same on Properly prepared surface including rough dressing & breaking clods etc. all complete.
