Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for river sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in trenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L laying well burnt old size bricks, sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per srl item No 11 here-in-before but except brick obtained under srl item No 7 here in before.

M&L for demolition /cutting of road/ path/hardstading/ concrete in floor, etc for laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in for filling of cutting of roads/path/hardstanding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by manual means and suitable for passing of GI pipe 40 to 80 mm bore and making good both ends complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel galvanized tubes light grade ISI marked 40mm bore laid in trenches / road crossing/ fixed to pole /walls/path/drain/floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F wheather proof pole mounting junction box, base and door of junction box made out of SMC having outside dimention 333x233x120mm, inside dimention 300x200x105mm , single door front openable provided with hinged cover and locking arrangements with 4 Nos aluminium bas bar 63 Amps, mounted on porcelin insulator including M&L for MCB SP 10-1No, fixed on box in Din rail complete with electrical connection fixed to pole with suitable size FI clamp nut bolts and washer including embossing/painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of junction box body complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing in replacement complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by mean of GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of GI or steel and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board, testing on completion including PCC cover and frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in earthing pit, MS funnel with wire mesh GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering and GI pipe 15 mm dia light grade for the protection of GI wire from earth pit to earth point complete including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m all as specified as shown in electrical plate No 3 SSR Part-I. PCC chamber shall be constructed at least one metre away from the earth pit and GI pipe fittings for watering shall be provided up to chamber and cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rate of earthing.

M&L Earthing in replacement complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth strip encased in and including 40 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments,20 dia bore GI pipe 'light grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, Test point , GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), duly reinforced with MS TMT bars 8mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB FP 100 Amps, 25 kA, 415 Volt AC, 50 Hz, complete with sheet metal enclosure of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet factory made with powder coat paint including connecting with existing system with existing cablling network including making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the LT cable from Panel / Pole, preparing the end for jointing including all earth work, Supply and fixing Cable end termination heat shrinkable joint including sleeves suitable for LT XLPE cable of size 3.5/4 core 10 to 16 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted surfaces and painting of LT steel tubular pole 9 mtrs long from bottom to top with aluminium paint and painting to bottam up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC coping with synthetic enamel paint 2 coats in black and Yellow/white alternate strip including numbering in 8 cm height of number with white paint both paint aluminium /synthetic duly approved and complete all as directed and specified .
