Earth work excavation in classes all clasess of soils and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift soils such as, sand, or other loose soil, wet sand not under water silt and ordinary soil, sandy loom, and hard stiff, block cotton soil, red earth, earth mixed width 50% fair sized boulders etc., except hard rock which requires blasting as per SS20B, including all labour for balling out water if necessary and all labour and other incidental charges etc. complete for FOUNDATION.

Filling with river sand into foundation and basement including cost and conveyance of sand to worksite including labour for filling, watering within 200m lead for good water, including tamping if necessary, and all labour and all other incidental charges etc., complete for FOUNDATION / BASEMENT.

Cement Concrete 1: 4: 8 mix using 40mm ISS Size HBG metal from approved quarry, including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite, including labour for mixing, laying the concrete the concrete watering within 200m lead for good water, and compacting the concrete including labour and all other incidental charges etc., complete for FOUNDATION / BASEMENT.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:11.5:3 mix using 20mm ISS size HBG metal from approved quarry, including cost and conveyance all materials to worksite including labour for mixing, laying, watering with in 200m lead for good water, compacting the concrete including all labour for forming formwork and centering charges etc., (but excluding const and conveyance steel reinforcement ) and all labour and all other incidental charges etc., complete for all RCC Items

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ).

Supply and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of steels from godown to work site including labour for cutting, jointing and welding if necessary including labour for tieing with binding wire and labour for placing in position as directed by departmental officers, including all labour and all other incidental charges etc., complete for all RCC items.

Brick work in C.M 1:5 mix using country bricks of size 83/4” x 41/4 " x 21/4" , including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite, including labour for watering with good water within 200m Lead for good water, including all labour and all other incidental charges etc. complete for UP TO BASEMENT.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:4, 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to worksite, and all labour for watering, curing and all leads for good water including cost of form work, and all labour and all other incidental charges etc. complete.

Painting the plastered wall surface with two coats of Plastic Emulsion Paint of approved colour including preparation of surface and finishing of outside the building over one coat of cement primer including clearing the surface in all floors etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supply and fixing of Steel Gate 3.00x1.20 m
