Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. earth work in all type of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work kankar,moorum singles including decomposed soft and hard rock etc. upto all heights stacking the excavated earth not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths and sides of foundation etc.consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth upto all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer in charge complete in all respects.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1 Cement :3 Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½ sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in.

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects..

Suspended floor, roofs landings shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers up to floor two level including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts, complete in all respects.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron frames 30x30x5 mm so as to give fair finish including centering ,shuttering, propping etc. in all leads and lifts and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plaiin concrete work as per directions and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer- in Charge at site of work. in:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs,landings and the like floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness including all leads and lifts etc.complete in all respects.

Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness )partition and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and like including all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respects.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level including cost of binding wires and carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Manufacturing, supply & fixing of M.S frame 35x35x5mm with M.S sheet man hole cover 1.66 mm thickas made of M.S.angle 25x25x5mm with locking arrangement w with lock on each cover and painting with red oxidecomplete in all respects as per drawing & design with in all leads and lifts complete as per the direction of the Engineer- in Charge .

Laying and Jointing 32 mm dia GMS tube (Light class) for scour , over flow, outlet , inlet , ventilating pipe including all carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Providing and laying no fine concrete 1:4(1 Cement :4 stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

25mm cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 sand : 4 stone aggregate of size 12.5mm and below) laid over base concrete and finished with a floating coat of neat cement (base concrete to be paid separately)

Providing and placing in horizontal layers filtering media duly graded, screened, washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-charge.

Broken stones 50mm to 75 mm size

Bajri screened, washed and graded from 6 mm to 20 mm

Fine sand screened, cleaned, washed and graded from 20 to 40 mm

Excavation drain & channels etc. earth all classification of earth work such as pick work jumper work pumping out water blasting softs /hard work in all same where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring strutting, planking , timbering and dewatering wherever required , stacking usable and unusable material/ soil separately and after laying jointing and testing pipes, returning the usable soil in 15 Cm layers by ramming and watering and then desposing off all surplus excavated soil/ unusable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of unmateled/ mateled surfaces top its orinal condition including cost of diversion of of trafffic, night signal boards, fixing of caution boards, crossing over trenches for acces to houses, fencuing etc. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer in Charge.

Laying and jointing in trenches G.I pipe (Light class) tube fittings & commissiong testing at site (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) including all carriage of materials up to all leads and lifts complete in all respects.
