LHB & AB AC 3T/2T roof wiring & installation:- Installation of tray/conduit, terminal board (JB), Wago terminal, roof harness, electrical fittings and all switches including laptop charger, BRL, PAS, Pantry socket, SBC installation & anchoring, regulated battery charger, emergency battery 1 charger, emergency chain pull in each room, 22 pin coupler socket and terminal board, RMPU and control panel, Lavatory exhaust system, emergency light, WC gang light, PAC/Reservation chart light, Hygro & temperature sensor, antiskid system, fresh air grill and Canvass connection, ferruling, bunching, crimping & termination as per the latest drawings and detailed scope of work Movement of relevant items from Stores/feeder Shop to assembly line.

LHB & AB AC 3T/2T underframe wiring & installation:- Installation of U/F harness in PMA conduit and laying in the tray, 60kVA transformer with safety rope, WRA, external supply 2 socket/plug, wheel set earthing, IV couplers, sockets, dummy sockets, feeder junction box, battery box, fuse box positive & negative junction boxes in underframe, earth cable preparation, VRLA cell loading, inter cell and end cell connection, ferruling, bunching, crimping & termination as per the latest drawings and detailed scope of work. Movement of relevant items from Stores/feeder Shop to assembly line.

Loading and connection of Lights & Fans including Final Testing and Rectification in LHB & AB AC 3T/2T coaches

Loading of cells in LHB & AB AC coaches, providing inter cell connections and end cell connections and closing of battery box cover after testing. Movement of relevant items from Stores/feeder Shop to assembly line.

Loading of RMPU in LHB & AB AC coaches (2 Nos. per coach) and movement of relevant items from Stores/feeder Shop to assembly line. (Mobile crane for handling of RMPU will be provided by ICF).

Canvas Fixing work and Fresh Air Grill fixing work in LHB & AB AC coaches as per latest drawings and detailed scope of work including movement of items from stores/ward.
