Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on stone wall surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work & surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement with water proof compound (water proofing compound to be paid separately under relevant item) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster (1:4) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed.

Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper of approved tint over 1mm thick wall care putty ccomplete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint including primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilings & applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.
