REPAIR TO BOUNDARY WALL, STEEL GATE, COURT YARD AND PATH IN SECTOR-31 AT CHANDIGARH UNDER GE (AF) CHANDIGARH

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in sub base ,foundations, filling and mass concrete, in and including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of rubbish retrieved material to a place earmarked by civic body outside the MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 50 mm thick, (1:3:6), type D-2, using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates laid in 1:20 slope as in Path/ Hard standing finished even and fair without using extra cement in and including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) in and including removal of rubbish retrieved material to a place earmarked by civic body outside the MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Quoted rates are inclusive of use and waste of formwork and to devide the area in panels.

Plain cement concrete 75 mm thick, (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in flooring/hard standing/pavingetc laid in approved size panel finished even and smooth without using extra cement in and including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) in and including removal of rubbish retrieved material to a place earmarked by civic body outside the MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills,steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work in and including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of rubbish retrieved material to a place earmarked by civic body outside the MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made machine pressed interlocking paver block of M-35 grade of shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of approved colour,design & pattern laid over and including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra in and including demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :(i) Design ,color and Pattern shall be as approved by GE/Engineer-in- Charge. (ii) Quoted rates are inclusive of fine sand and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

Cement concrete heavy duty designer tiles 300mm x 300mm x 14-15mm, factory made, ISI marked (IS 13801-1993), with grey cement & pigment, laid with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm over & including 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6), pointed in white cement with matching colour pigment in and including demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid bedded and pointed in white cement with pigment including removal of rubbish retrieved material to a place earmarked by civic body outside the MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks of class 75 B, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete in and including demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc for area where servicable bricks retrived and including removal of rubbish retrieved material to a place earmarked by civic body outside the MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Servicable bricks retrived from demolition of this item shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old bricks under item No.08 below.

Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius (except bricks) built in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete iin and including demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc for area where servicable bricks retrived and including removal of rubbish retrieved material to a place earmarked by civic body outside the MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Servicable bricks retrived from demolition item no. 7 above and this items shall be used after proper cleaning and washing of old bricks.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement in and including taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, and including removal of rubbish retrieved material to a place earmarked by civic body outside the MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
