Taking down carefully point wiring from existing place (light/fan, socket or power points complete) with all fittings such as switches, sockets ceiling rose , pendant holder, fitting and fixtures , MCB, Main switches, call bell etc and making good to disturbed surface to wall ,floor etc to match with existing surface either by using same colour distemper or white colour wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable main switches and distribution boards (single phase or three phase) of any capacity with Isolators/ MCBs/ MCCBs, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable sub main wiring and making good disturbed surfaces and matching with existing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with colour coding multistranded copper conductor cable, PVC insulated (FRLS-H) and unsheathed size 1.5 sqmm with concealed conduit PVC Medium grade not less than 20 mm dia with fixing accessories, to be fixed , for one light /fan/bell point controlled by one switch with pressed steel concealed terminal boxes covered with 3mm thick laminated sheet incl continous earth wire of PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable size 1.5 Sqmm for earth wire connected to common earth dolly, colour code of wires as per specification, complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (i) Minor items like nut, bolts, lugs , cloths , cotton etc are incl in quoted rates. (ii) Spare parts/Engine oil / filters shall be measured and paid for separately under successive items here-in-after. However, labour charge are deemed to be included in item rate above.

Base frame of the panel shall be made of angle iron of size 50 x50 x 6mm of upto 1/2 mtr hight from GL& 1/2 mtr for Below GL in PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate comprising of following:-

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate earth electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick surrounded by char coal and salt buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by char coal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm depth and earth plate electrode connected to galvanised earth means of GI Strip 32X6 mm at two points by means of GI nuts bolts, check nuts and washers and connected to earthing test point drawn through GI pipe for protection of earth lead wire incl PCC earth pit (1:3:6) type C-2 with CI frame and RCC cover all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 on SSR Part-I including testing earthing complete all as specified and directed. M&L for comprehensive maintenance of Servo Voltage Stabilizer/ Servo Voltage Regulator, 25KVA-250 KVA, comprising of following jobs complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Free maintenance and repair of Normal accessories (Spare Parts), Servo Voltage Stabilizer/ Servo Voltage Regulator. (b) Dismantling and removing of defective voltage stabilizer, checking of Main MCCB in over to avoid tripping on main supply, removing to workshop for repair, opening up and taking out coil, core and core assembly for estimation of repair and damaged parts cleaning/washing of tanks and removing the dust from all parts including cores, tanks, cooling tubes, removal of damaged parts making internal wire connection serviceable and assembling complete in all respects after repair of coils IC's, Regulators, Condensors, Triac, Transistors etc. respective cards nuts and bolts, refilling of transformer oil, installation and testing on full load. (c) Preventive maintenance of all systems on quarterly basis and upkeep of Report. (d) Attending all complaints within 24 working hours. Note:- (i) Replacement of defective spares for making the Voltage Stabilizer units in satisfactory working condition will be measured & paid separately under relevant items as 'Supply only'. These shall be identical to those specified by the original manufacturer. (ii) Labour charges for taking out old spares & refixing of new spares shall deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.

S&F in replacement of Servo Motor 3 Kg with RC suitable for 25 KVA Voltage Stabilizer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Servo Circuit Card (PCB) complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration/ filtration of voltage stablizer oil of voltage stabilizer of any capacity upto 250 KVA by disconnecting plants electrically for recirculation existing volatge stablizer oil with trolley mounted filtration plant till dielectric strength is up to 45 KV to 50 KV in 2.5mm gap. Note- Quoted rates shall be deem to include for following :- (i) Oil shall be tested after filtration and test result will be recorded before & after filtration of oil. (ii) Contractor should make his own arrangement for oil filtration plant including transportation complete. (iii) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid in relevant item as required.

Supply & topping up of oil for voltage stablizer up to required level for voltage stabilizers of dielectric strength 50 KV & above complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of LT Panel complete with two coats of synthetic Enamel paints over a coat of red oxide and other necessary fabrication work like replacement of hinges ,locking Knobs, bending and welding work required for hinges etc as per required at site complete all as Specified and directed. Note :- Fabrication work like replacement of hinges, locking Knobs, CRCA/ MS sheet fabrication work as required at site is included in the unit rate quoted against this item.

S&F Alko sign board of size 1.80x 1.2 m made of almn frame included velvet cloth in front and white sunmica at the backside complete all as specified and directed.
