Dismantling AC/CGI/PPGI corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in wall cladding or roof coverings and hanger doors including ridges and make good for aluminium earthing strips after fixing of sheets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with self tapping screws(heavy duty) with inbuilt washers and neoprene and EDPM washers as in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating @ minimum 120 gm /sqm etc complete all as specified and directed. (Make- Tata/Jindal/Sail)

Fixing only plain or corrugated steel sheet of any guage or thickness as obtained from dismantling item and shall be fixed with self tapping screws(heavy duty) with inbuilt washers and neoprene and EDPM washers as in roof, walls etc. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- The existing Hole shall be filled with the Silicone sealant/ bitumen and the quoted rate shall be inclusive of the same.

Material & Labour applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm wide or girth incl preparation of surface etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for taking down of existing roof treatment from roof and terrace, roughening surface of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and applying roof treatment with the following steps and specifications:- a) Applying crack seal compound of same manufacture of waterproof to fill all cracks of observed on the roof. b) Applying cement slurry over concrete surfaces @3kg/sqm. c) Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures’ instruction(not less than 3% by weight of cement) on cleaned concrete surfaces of roof and finishing the surfaces fair and even including curing the plastered surfaces for 7 days by ponding of water over the roof, (leveling course). d) Applying evenly one coat of primer coating (diluted with water in the ratio specified by Manufacturers) (min @100-110Sq Ft per liter (diluted quantity)) on the cleaned plastered surfaces. The surface shall be left for air dry for minimum period of 2-3 Hrs. e) Applying evenly one coat of elastomeric water proof coat in one direction (as specified by Manufacturers)(min@ 0.9-1.0 sqm per ltrs) and allow to air dry for 4-6 hrs before applying second coat in other direction perpendicular to the first one (as specified by Manufacturers) (min @0.9-1.0 sqm per ltrs. The total thickness of two coats shall be 0.5 to 0.6 mm. f) The whole system shall be left for air cure for min Seven days (without any movement). Make : - Dr Fixit Newcoat Ezee or Berger Home Shield PU RoofKoat or Asian Paints Smartcare Damp Proof or as equivalent approved by GE. Note : - (i) The waterproofing shall be carried out in the last stage of execution to avoid any damages during the execution. (ii) Payment against this item shall not be allowed till completion of all the stages of work for any slab. (iii) The work shall be executed through well-trained applicators as per manufacturer’s instructions after obtaining written approval from the GE

Dismantling wall and ceiling board any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for Providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. (Make:- LAFARGE/ RAMCO/EVEREST/DURATUFF/GYPSTONE)

Supply & Fixing Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work (605 x 605 mm) for false ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing Hangers 6mm dia GI (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs/truss by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5 mm dia 40mm long ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing 20 mm thick 2nd class hard wood boarding fixed with nails in any situation and planed one side as in eave board, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old wooden surfaces over 10 cm width of girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, , complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description n exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level), , complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc, including cleaning or refixing or removal to store complete all as directed

Supply & Fix 110mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls etc all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fix 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fix 10mm bore PVC (SWR) branch pieces, single 'Y' , equal or unequal all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fix 110mm bore PVC (SWR) junction single, (single T) equal or unequal all as specified & directed.
