Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed 25 meter beyond 1 m from cutting edge All kinds of soil

Providing and laying of stone soling / boulders nominal size 90mm, hand packed dry including ramming, dressing, watering all complete and cost of material involved complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Supplying and filling in plinth with fine sand under floors including, watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half Brick wall of mix: 1:6 mix (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PRE-FAB STRUCTURE MADE UP OF STEEL AND PUF PANELLS IN WALLS WITH ATTACHED TOILET. Pre-Fabricated shelter made up of steel structure and PUF panels, colour coated profile sheets etc with technical specification as given below:- Design Parameter. Seismic=Zone V Wind/ Snow load as per relevant IS codes for the region (As per IS-875) Temperature Range=(-) 40 to (+) 50 C Roof slope= 1:2 or as required at site Dimensions. All as indicated in the reference drawing to be provided as site are as directed by EIC at site including 3 inside partition walls Technical Specifications. Details of Structural Members. The steel structure for the shelters will be designed for the Designed Parameters. All structural steel will be ISI marked with manufacturer’s test certificate for raw material and structural properties. The main columns , verandah rafters, trusses, purlins etc will be Made out of steel sections , MS plates, M S bolts / nuts etc (the size of steel sections / thickness of M S plates, size of bolts/ nuts will be as per drawings or as directed by EIC at site. The roof will be provided with 0.50mm thick green colour coated steel profile sheets. Sheet covering will be fixed with using hot dip zinc coated self drilling hexagonal washer head fasteners. Ridge shall be covered by 0.50 mm thick colour coated steel sheet. The sheets shall be laid with minimum end and side lap of 150mm.

Gable End. Gable End will be covered with same panels as of wall upto bottom chord of truss. The triangular truss portion will be covered with 0.50mm wider than the width of the opening. Sunshades. Suitable sunshades made out of colour coated sheet reinforced with angle iron frame will be provided to all external windows and doors. The minimum projection for the sunshades will be 450 mm and 300mm wider than the width of the opening. Roof Projection. The roof will have minimum projection 450/380mm all around including verandah portion. Purlins will also be extended in the roof at the eaves and at gable roof extension (outside the structure) Main walls & partition walls. The main and partition walls will be made up of 60 mm thick wall Panels having height of 3.0 mtrs of make Llod panel system /Modern Panels/Jindal Mectecnol/PSL Engineering or equivalent. The Panels will be made of 0.63mm thick hot dipped galvanized steel sheets on both sides with 60mm thick layer of rigid CFC free close cell polyurethane foam (Density 40 Kg+2 Kg/Cum) insulation. The wall panels will be provided with joins and will be with Continious line systems for interlocking. All materials required for the manufacture of shelter will be new and shall comply with relevant Bureau of Indian Standard Specification. Base channel of specified size will be provided for walls. The PUF insulation material in the panel will have fire retarding and self extinguishing properties as per any international standard B2 DIN 4102 Part-I/BS-4735 Self Ext.
