Complete restoration of SWAS system (Chiller Part) of U#7DPPS, DPL.
Replacement of damaged compressor by new Two (02) Compressor (Compressors will be supplied by DPL). Necessary dismantling, blazing, cutting as per required will be done by successful bidder with necessary supply of material to execute the job
Replacement of damaged Refrigerant HP/LP pressure switch by new two (02) pressure switch (Pressure switch of Emerson/ Danfoss/ Sanlan Controls make will be supplied by successful bidder)
Replacement of damaged solenoid valve by new four (04) solenoid valve (Solenoid valve of Emerson/ Danfoss/ Sanlan Controls make will be supplied by successful bidder)
Replacement of damaged thermostatic expansion valve by new two (02) expansion valve (Thermostatic expansion of Emerson/ Danfoss/ Sanlan Controls make will be supplied by successful bidder)
Replacement of damaged refrigerant filter drier by new two (02) drier (Filter drier of Danfoss make will be supplied by successful bidder)
Replacement of damaged condenser safety pressure relief valve by new two (02) valve. (Pressure relief valve of Emerson/ Danfoss/ Sanlan Controls make will be supplied by successful bidder
Overhauling of all pump motor set with supply of necessary materials will be done by successful bidder.
Supply of Copper tube 6 ft.
Supply of necessary refrigerant gas (approx 20 Kg.) compatible with Compressor model no: ZR40K3-TFD-522.
Detection of leakage and rectification with supply of necessary materials by successful bidder.
Testing and commissioning of the system
