Supply, errection, testing and commissioning of 15 Mtr high mast, continuously tapered, polygonal cross section, 3 sectioned of thickness bottom and middle 4mm and top section 3mm of dimension top 150mm and bottom 400mm, not less than 20 sided manufactured from hot rolled MS plates as per BSEN 10025, galvanized complete capable of dynamic wind load bearing capacity 160 Km/hr, with all accessories including head frame pully asssembly, 2/3 point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope 6mm dia, 7/19 gauge, breaking load capacity 2300 kg double drum winch, galvanized lantern carriage ring of dia 900mm suitable for connecting 8 numbers flood light fittings, connecting cables with accessories, lightning arrester, aviation obstruction lights, integral power tool with 3 phase 1.5 HP induction motor with reversible operation, single speed 960 RPM with DOL starter 1.5 HP including earth work and foundation, bolts and its accessories including with following :

(a) Design and casting of suitable shallow foundation with M-15 concrete for the High mast considering the safe soil bearing capacityat site as 10 Ton per square meter at 2m depth, design factor of safety 1.2, considering wind speed (km/hr) is 160 (IS 875, 1987) and depth for foundation as per height of high mast pole and minimum 12 Nos of foundation bolts (dia minimum 25mm)

(b) Aviation obstruction lights with two numbers of LED light fittings complete all as specified and directed. Make : Bajaj Cat Part No. BGAV 302 LED or equivalent in Havells/ Crompton Greaves.

Material and labour for LED flood light luminiare 1x150 watt 5700 K, symmetrical type with pressure die cast aluminium housing (IP-65) including mounting bracket, nuts/ bolts/ washers of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Make : Crompton Greaves or equivalent in Havells, C&S.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Feeder Pillar panel, CPRI approved, factory made, double door, cubical and pedestal type, compartmentalised design, back door fixed type, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA steel sheet, weather/ dust/ vermin proof, IP-65 protection, suitable spaced totally enclosed in chamber, earthing arrangement, locking arrranagement with two No lock with duplicate key duly painted with powder coated paint and providing the following itemsincluding connection of all incoming and outgoing cables using suitable size lugs and glands, danger notice board, panel to be embedded in PCC block complete including excavation work with adjustable timer switch (panel legs not less than 30 cm and height of panel box not less than 1 mtr and width not less than 80 cm ) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including comprising of following items :

(i) MCCB 63 Amps, 4 Pole, 415 Volts, 25 KA breaking capacity - 01 Nos

(ii) Power Contractor 3 Pole, AC, 70 Amps, 50 Hz, ML type. Make : L& T Cat Part No SS90910 Model : ML- 4) -01 No

(iii) Timer switch, light sensing type. Make : Schneider or equivalent- 01 No

(iv) Multifunction meter with display parameters for voltage, ampere, PF etc - 01 Mo (Make - L&T Cat Part No WL440010OOOO)

(v) Indication lamp (R, Y, B) LED type with toggle switches - 01 Set

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing under ground XLPE /PVC armoured cable insulated and PVC sheathed LT 1100 volt grade (heavy duty) with strandard aluminum conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches, in floor, in duct, through pipes or along the pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth for laying of cables etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returing, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming inlayers not exceeding 25 cms thick each layer compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified.

Supply and fix GI pipe 50 mm bore light grade for protection of cable including provn of PVC heavy duty bends complete for fixing along GI pipe along wall/ pole/laid under the road/ floor complete all as specified and directred by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable length, adjacent/abutting each other complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing loop in loop out thermo plastic cable junction box size 250x200x100 mm (insie dimension) dust proof suitable for 3 phase, cable gland and cable lugs, epoxy connector of suitable size with 6 Amp, MCB SP -01 No complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres below normal ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected with and including GI wire 4mm in and including GI pipe 20mm bore light grade as protection pipe (from top of earth plate up to the test point) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and thimbles, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around including top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber of size 300x300x300mm (top of chamber minimum 15 cm above the normal ground level (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate of 25mm thick with 2 nos MS handles of 12mm dia including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock and as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) testing on completion complete all as specified. NOTES:- (i) On testing, after completion of Job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone at without any extra cost by contractor.

Supply and fixing MS iron angle stand of 5 mtr height of rolled steel equal angles 50x50x6mm and flat iron strip of 25x3mm for water storage tank and grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate (30x30x30cm block) duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commisioning and testing at roof top of building solar hot water (Heat exchanger type) heating system (flat plate collector), ISI marked having capacity 300 litres per day, based on indirect transfer of heat (at temp 50 degree centigrade to 70 degree centigrade) conforming to IS-12933 Part-I having insulation of rock wool/mineral wool 50mm thick at bottom and 25mm thick with toughened tempered glass of 4mm thick and cladding with aluminium sheet 26 SWG with copper riser tubes,copper heater tubes,,copper sheet and absorber with 40x40x6mm enamelled coated MS angle iron structure, with accessories, fasteners etc duly grouted in PCC 1:2:4 (30x30x30cm block) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, with hot water storage capacity 300 litres with inner shell fabricated from stainless steel sheet 1mm thick (having insulation of rock wool) mineral wool 100mm thick & cladding with 26SWG aluminium sheet with necessary electric backup of capacity as per manufacturer's instructions/ design, recommendation with heat exchanger in hot water tank with necessary makeup tank of stainless steel, 01 No float valve 20mm dia of brass to maintain water in collectors and hot water tank, temperature gauge (100 degree centigrade), brass gate valve in cold and hot water pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for concealed point wiring with 1.5 Sq.mm (nominal area) single core PVC insulated and unsheathed, FRLS cable, multi-stranded, copper conductor cable 650/1100 Volts grade with universal colour code (Phase & Neutral), in and including PVC concealed conduit medium grade (ISI marked) with accesories like bends, tee junction boxes etc. with sunk pressed steel terminal boxes and providing 3mm thick bakelite sheet top cover including earth wire of PVC insulated FRLS cable, copper conductor multi-stranded, 1.5 Sq.mm size in green colour, for one light /fan/ exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing switch piano flush type, 5 Amps, AC, single pole, one way, 230 Volts (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose, surface bakelite, 65mm x 50mm having 3 terminals, PVC polycarbonate, isolated body complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 230mm sweep metal body heavy duty exhaust fan, AC single phase 230/240 volts with louvers/shutter with mounting brackets with suitable size of nuts, bolts, washers make opening in the wall of required size for fixing the exhaust fan and making good the disturbed wall/plastered surface and making electrical connections to ceiling rose using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor of size 1.5Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.
