REPAIR REPLACEMENT CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE SEPTIC TANK SOAKAGE WELLS MANHOLES AND DRAINS AT DALHOUSIE CANTT

M&L cleaning the blockage of bathroom/ kitchen/WHB by cleaning the Nahani traps/gully traps of all the mud/sludge and getting out, washing thoroughly grating of tarp, CI waste pipes by opening the clearang eyes and deposting the sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance exceeding 100 meters but not exceeding 500 meters from the gully trap, covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all necessary excavation and earthwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cleaning of blockage of WC indian or European type by removing of all mud/ sludge, getting out, cleaning of SGSW or CI pipe line upto First manhole, deposting sludge in a pit of suitable size at a distance exceeding 100 meters but not exceeding 500 meters, covering the same with the soil obtained from excavation of pit including all necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cleaning of existing sewage pipe lines 100mm/150/200mm internal dia at any depth inciuding manholes by removing manhole covers of any type / size and cleaning by means of hydraulic jet pressure machine or manually as requierd at site, from manholes, well flushing with water after cleaning, getting out sludge and liquid materals from connecting manholes (deposited in sewer line), removing the solids and sludge to a distance not less than 500m and reinstating the manhole cover to its oiginal postion (cost of removal of sludge/liquid material from sewage lines, clearing & cleaning of manholes in same line is included in rate of this item) complete all as specified and directed. Note for item 1,2 & 3: (a) Contractor shall provide 01 Sweeper and 01 Helper/ Supervisor to complaint Cells on daily basis to collect the complaints slip and to deposit at complaint Cell after completion on same day as per given time being the services are of Urgent/ Emergency nature. (b) The complaint shall be attended and cleared by the contractor within 24 Hrs. A penality of Rs 100 per complaint per day to shall be recovered if the complaint is not cleared within its stipulated time.Rate quoted includes for keeping particular sewage line for cleaning, functional for full contract period which is once undertaken.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removal of rubbish nexc 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with Fly Ash Brick (Non-Modular) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of item No 6 above but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone masorny or on concrete surfaces of walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish nexc 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of rubbish nexc 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundition filling as mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping/benching etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition and removal of rubbish nexc 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs and similar articles including necessary moulds/formwork, set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. Note: TMT steel will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tank 100 users by removing manhole covers (CI or RCC), de-sluding of septic tank of any size and depth through mechanical pumping by plugging inlet as requried, remove it beyond MD premises, making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge including carrying the effluent, re-instating manhole cover to its original postion complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of item No 15 above but 25 User saptic tank.

Removing the manhole covers (CI or RCC), de-watering of soakage well or pit of 3 mtr dia and 4.5 mtr effective depth through mechanical pumping by plugging inlet as requried, remove from MD premises, making it fully functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge including carrying the effluent, re-instating the manhole covers to its original postion complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of item No 20 above but 2.4 mtr dia and 4.5 mtr effective depth.

M&L for repairing existing CI pipe line with taking down/taking out old broken cast iron pipes from walls / upto 1st manhole where required including necessary excavation in trenches, removal of surplus soil and returning filling in complete, supplying, laying in trenches or along the walls with MS clamps of standard specifications and jointing of new 100mm dia cast iron (sand cast) pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rates shall include demoletion of plinth protection, removal of rubbish etc and making good where required. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

All as per item 24 but 75mm bore cast iron pipe.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150mm dia (SWG/ AC/PVC or RCC pipe) set in cement mortar, removal of rubbish as directed and M&L 150mm dia reinforced cement concrete pipes class NP2 with one collar per length of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 26 but 200mm dia.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains for ineternal dia of pipe 150mm/ 200mm, making good to pipe and rendering , cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, smooth finished, reforming benching as required complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for 150 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 29 above but for 200mm dia pipe.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5mtr wide and n exc 1.5mtr in depth for foundation etc in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling , watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.
