Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 500 KVA 400KW Diesel Generator set with AMF Panel at Apadha Bhavan, under Section-III of Sub Division-II, Workshop Division, A.P.W.D, Sri Vijaya Puram

Supplying installation, testing and commissioning of "500 KVA (400 KW)" 604.1 HP, 12 Cylinder ,V Type,1500 RPM, liquid cooled turbo charged Diesel Oil Engine closed coupled with " AC Alternator 3 phase 415 Volts, 50 Hz @ 0.8 P.F., self excited self regulated designed to run at 1500 RPM suitable for 400 KW/500 KVA DG Set (Central pollution control board approved DG set) CPCB 4+ norms with acoustic enclosure with complete gauge, meter, batteries, AVM Pads, microprocessor based manual panel with microprocessor controller with engine safeties and protection, residential silencer etc. as required.

Fabrication, installation testing and commissioning of automatic mains failure including auto by pass panel suitable for 500 KVA silent type DG set complete with relay, timers,set of CTs for metering and production and energy analser to indicate current phase and line voltage, frequency, power factor, KWH,KVARH & provision for overload, short circuit, restricted earth fault under frequency, control cabling from AMF panel to diesel engine and elsewhere if required, all complete and interlocking including of all instruments.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of ASHLOK make SEE brand safe earthing electro type-19, 48 mm dia,length 2 mtrs and inner space to be filled with crystaline conductive mixture including filling up with electrodite (Back fill compound) as required for safe earth electrode and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40mm dia G.I.pipe from earth electrode including connections with brass nut,bolt, spring, washers excavation and refilling etc as required.
