GENP-32/2020-21 UPGRADATION/UPKEEPING OF (ABUNDANT) BOREWELLS FOR RV AREA AND CAMP AREA AT AF STATION PALAM UNDER GE AF PALAM DELHI CANTT-10

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes,pipe lines etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soil all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material/soil from site to a distance not exc 50 metres away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5 metres from the starting point .

M&L for sand cushioning for protection of PVC cable with screen wash sand and punning to proper requird cover all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick protection with old size sub class ‘B’ brick for PVC under ground cable protection in trench with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat joining each other all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty 1100 volts grade with aluminium conductor LT under ground cable of size 4 core 25 sqmm confirming to IS 1554 including cable glands, lugs, jointing materials etc in trenches complete.

All as per item No 6 above but cable of size 3.5 core 35 sqmm.

Supply , install, testing and commissioning of submerssible pumpset 5 HP with motor complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for Galvanised iron tubing, medium grade, ISI Marked with all fitting and laid in trenches or floor /wall of 50mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Laying, jointing and testing of Cast iron pipe with spigot and socket end, centrifugally cast, Class LA with tyton joints conforming to IS-1536 laid in trenches of 100mm bore pipe all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing CI non return valve 80mm dia bore, swing type without by pass arrangement , flanged ends, conforming to IS 5312 including nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gaskets complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F galvanised iron column pipe 50mm dia heavy duty, Class 'C' with GI flanged and drilled at both ends duly threaded and welded of 3 mtr long alongwith cut for passing the submersible cable including bolts, nuts, washers and rubber insertions packing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F galvanised iron column pipe 80mm dia heavy duty, Class 'C' with GI flanged and drilled at both ends duly threaded and welded of 3 mtr long alongwith cut for passing the submersible cable including bolts, nuts, washers and rubber insertions packing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for augering of holes in true horizontal position under road (by trench less method) by means of mechanical rig covering in route up to 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 45 mtr long for passing the water pipe lines up to 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Cast iron special fittings of any size, any type ISI marked as required at site such as bends (any type, radius and angle),taper any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all socket or socket and spigot), collar, caps and plugs upto 150mm bore etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F cast iron sluice valve, Class PN-1.6, ISI mark, flanged ends drilled having stainless steel spindle with cast iron wheel at top complete with nuts, bolts,washers and gaskets for the 80mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F PVC insulated and sheathed submersible cable, flat three core copper conductor of size 4.0 Sqmm 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694.

M&L for flushing of existing borewells of size up to 300mm dia, depth upto 200 mtr with surging and flushing the bore at a pressure of 7 Kg/ Sqcm complete with compressed air and flushing the sand, mud etc from the bore well with compressor complete.( Note: The cost of disconnecting and lifting out of existing submerssible pumpst from borewell upto 10 HP capacity along with their column pipes and submerssible cable from borewell from any depth and lowering after flushing existing borewell shall be included in the quoted rate of item)

M&L for drilling and flushing of existing borewells of size 300mm dia, depth upto 200 mtr with drilling suitable DTH machine including surging and flushing the bore at a pressure of 7 Kg/ Sqcm complete with compressed air and flushing the sand, mud etc from the bore well with compressor complete.( Note: The cost of disconnecting and lifting out of existing submerssible pumpst from borewell upto 10 HP capacity along with their column pipes and submerssible cable from borewell from any depth and lowering after flushing existing borewell shall be included in the quoted rate of item)

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm as earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, including cement concrete chamber of suitable size in 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finished internal surface of concrete chamber with 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire gauge mesh, 80 mm thick precast RCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm in 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM JALLI weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm and charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in Electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) and including provision of GI strip protected by 40 mm dia GI pipe,medium grade and watering pipe of 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade and including all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
