Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in lime mortar

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in exposed brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10mm wide 12mm deep complete in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) - from ground level upto plinth level

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in exposed brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10mm wide 12mm deep complete in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) - above plinth level and upto floor V level

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 course sand)

White washing with lime to give an even shade - new work (three or more coats)

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works

Supplying and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric 75 x 25mm mesh of weigh not less than 7.75kg/sqm in two layers to bottom of openable grill with 25 x 6mm alround and diagonally flat suitable by means of welding with one coat primer all the work completed all as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.
