Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description incl under layer, taking down of cement plaster / demolition of cement concrete any thickness and removal of debris off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of water storage tanks (cap 500 ltr to 1000 ltr) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks,(cap 500 ltr to 1000 ltr) setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required including reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc in patches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note :- Work will be carried out in patches up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding

Supply and fixing tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, 20mm bore, ISI marked with all fitting such as bends, tees, elbows, unions, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, etc and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 liters capacity, (cylindrical vertical with closed top) triple layered,white,hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade washout pipe medium grade overflow pipe 600 mm long and PVC ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed for 20mm bore pipe, including making connections complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 1000 liters capacity, (cylindrical vertical with closed top) triple layered,white,hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade washout pipe,20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade overflow pipe 600 mm long and ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed for 20mm bore pipe, including making connections complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves (class I), with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of 20mm bore pipe, including making connections complete all as specified. and fixed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate)as in padding over roof finished and laid to required slope,mass concrete and similar work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Rendering 15 mm thick, on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls, in cement mortar 1:4 (in patches not exc 3.00 sqm each), rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including necessary rubbing with sand paper or grinding by hand grinder to achieve smooth and even surface complete all as specified ooth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls, (up to 4th sorey with necessary scaffolding) and applying two coat of cement based paint over one coat of primer complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for applying cement slurry @ 3 Kg per Sqm finishing even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Rendering 15 mm thick on concrete surface over roofs in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on concrete surface in roof including mixing of water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (WPC shall be measured and paid for separately)

Applying roof treatment as below:-- (i) Applying 1st coat of bitumen primer membrane 0.4ltr/sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density at 25 degree C’ 0.87-0.89Kg/Litre and viscosity 70-160 CPS till the surface properly impregnates and insolvent oil primer evaporates completely (ii) Applying 2nd course of a coat of blown type bitumen of grade 85/25 heated to a temperature of 180 degree centigrade and applying @ 1.2 kg/sqm completely (iii) Applying 3rd course of Polymeric Polypropylene polymer membrane “APP” (Atactic poly propylene polymer ) modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with 160 grams/sqm non woven polyster made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 overlap in length using butane torch with 10cm over laps which shall be thermo fused by flame (iv) Applying course of two coats of aluminium paint over the APP membrane all as specified. All joints and change in direction shall be covered with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement and curved before laying membrane MAKE-IWL/Pidilite Note : Ponding shall be done over RCC slab by filling water which shall be kept for 48 hours.In case a slightest indication of seepage / leakage is noticed the same shall be rectified by grouting the affected portion at no extra cost.Thereafter ponding test shall be repeated till there is no indication of seepage /leakage before application of roof treatment.A proper record of ponding test of RCC slabs shall be maintained by Engr in Charge.The arrangement of ponding test shall be made by the contractor and shall be included in the quoted rates..

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified.

Material & labour for framed work such as in framework for stand for hoisting PVC water tank with gusset plates,rails braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting,framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.410.Gde-E-250 all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair to Internal wiring : Taking down carefully aluminium conductor point wiring (light, fan, light socket, power socket) complete fitting such as switches, sockets, lamp holder, utility light fitting, fan regulator etc and removing materials from sites and making good disturbed surface of walls and roofs to the existing surface & finish complete all as specified and as directed.
