Taking down ceiling fan carefully from any height of any size, type and make after disconnecting the electrical connections and refixing back after carrying out servicing/ overhauling/ painting/ rewinding works etc., including cleaning of surface with detergent and replacing the damaged rubber reel, nuts and bolts with washers and safety pins as required complete all as directed.

The cost of servicing/ overhauling/ painting/ rewinding works etc., will be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

Material and labour for transporting the unserviceable ceiling fans to local work shop opening the motor and taking out the old burnt out copper winding wire from the fan of 1200mm sweep and rewinding by using same gauge of copper wire insulating and varnishing including reassembling and testing complete all as directed.

Material and labour for painting of exhaust fans of size 300 mm to 450 mm sweep complete including mounting frame and blades with two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting, filling cavities with filler materials such as metal paste etc, after cleaning all dust complete all as directed and writing MES No. with black enameled paint all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair ball bearing suitable for ceiling fans 1200/ 1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair ball bearing suitable for exhaust fans 300 mm to 450 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Capacitor 2.5 MFD 230 Volts with PVC clamps suitable for ceiling fans complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Capacitor 4.0 MFD 230 Volts with PVC clamps suitable for exhaust fans complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs down rod for ceiling fans, 300 mm long GI pipe heavy grade, 15 mm dia complete including welding, painting as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs extra down rod of 10 cm length G.I. pipe, 15 mm dia, heavy grade including welding, painting etc., as required. (Note : More than 5 cm length shall be rounded to the nearest 10 cm and 5 cm or less shall be ignored)

Supply and fix in repairs down rod for ceiling fans 2 metre long GI pipe heavy grade, 15 mm dia complete including welding, painting as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair iron hook/U clamp of suitable size and shape for ceiling fans as per site requirement including nuts bolts washers etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 40mm dia bore GI tubing light grade.

Fixing only in repairs GI tubing light grade of size 40 mm on wall for hanging of ceiling fan including taking down old one, civil works, cutting of GI tubing, provn of clamps, nuts & bolts, wshers and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for making of wall opening/hole in exsiting wall for fixing exhaust fan of size 300mm to 450 mm dia including making good the disturbed surface using cement mortar 1:4 and painting to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Preventive maintenance/ servicing of storage type electric water heater (Geyser) of capacity 25 ltrs/ 50 ltrs for the task as mentioned in Appdx "A” of PS including taking down & replacement of all defective parts such thermostat, safety valves fusible, plug, heating elements, storage tank, insulating material, PRV dead wt valve etc., as and when required complete all as directed for any make. Note:- (i) All the spares replaced will be measured and paid separately as supply only. Cost of labour charge for taking down & replacing the unserviceable spares is deemed to be included in the quoted rate and no extra claim is entertained on this account. (ii) The mechanic/service person should attend all the break down calls immediately on priority for carrying out necessary maintenance/servicing/ replacement of the unserviceable spares as and when directed.

Supply and fix in repair Sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one MCB SP 20 Amps and plug top complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 3 pin plug top, 16 amp capacity, 240 VAC, heavy duty, ISI marked all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair MCB DB SPN 4 way double door sheet metal enclosure, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair MCB DB SPN 8 way double door sheet metal enclosure, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 'C' curve MCB single pole & neutral 240Volts 40 Amps.

Supply and fix 'C' curve MCB SP 240 volt 6 to 30 Amp

Supply and fix in repairs submain wiring with two runs of 4 sq.mm single core FR PVC insulated unsheathed cable, 1100 volt grade, multistranded copper conductor cable including one run of 2.5 sq.mm single core FR PVC insulated unsheathed cable, 1100 volt grade, multistranded copper conductor IS-694 marked drawn through heavy duty ISI Marked rigid PVC conduit with all accessories etc., including making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Two runs of cable and one run of earth continuity conductor cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

Supply and fix in repair environment friendly high efficiency with better thermal management type building LED security light fittings 25Watt with integeral electronic driver connector block etc complete with all accessories internally prewired including neccessary mounting arrangement, provision of 2 core 1 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor from ceiling rose to fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair wall mounted LED 20W CRCA fitting 230 V with extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation and integeral electronic driver connector block etc complete with all accessories internally prewired including neccessary mounting arrangement , provision of new 3 core multistranded copper conductor of size 23/0.193 from ceiling rose to fitting including neccessary polycarbonate LED tube 4FT 20 W complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs LED tube rod 4Ft 20 Watt made up of polycarbonate material including testing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr deep below normal ground level, connecting to GI earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron or steel including 15 mm dia. light grade protection pipe for earth lead complete with charcoal and common salt in alternate layer including watering arrangement with galvanized iron pipe medium grade 20mm dia, PCC Chamber, CI frame and cover, MS funnel with wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I including excavation and earthwork in any type of soil/strata and testing on completion. Note :- GI earth wire 4 mm dia and 15 mm dia protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr from earth plate is deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Supply & fixing for stepped type electronic fan regulator socket type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet, etc as required.

Note:- (i) The amount against Schedule of Credit mentioned in tender document shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contarct Sum for Acceptance.
