Taking down Cement Plaster including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water and removing Debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering (Internal) 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, Plastered Surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 5.0mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 on Concrete Surfaces as in Ceiling, etc., Plastered Surfaces finished Even and Smooth, without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering (External) 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on Brick Walls/Concrete Surfaces mixing with WPC as per Manufactures instruction, plastered surfaces finished Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement (including making the damaged surface of chajja, slab etc plain and smooth where required) , complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : WPC shall be Measured and Paid for as ‘Supply only’ separately under appropriate Item. 2. Area includes in this items upto G+3 stories of building. scaffolding and other arrangement to be done by contractor, nothing extra shall be paid to contractor. 3. Rates are inclusive of formwork ,if required, for damaged chajjas, parapel wall etc.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound, conforming to IS and/or as approved, complete all as specified.

M&L for 2 mm thick coloured acrylic sheet with building number or name printed over it and fixing with nails/screwson building upto G+2 storey of desired size, pattern & colour as directed by Engr-In-Charge complete all as specified and directed.( Note : rates of printing, writting im the sheet deemed to be included in the rate)

M&L preparing old Decorated/Treated Plastered surfaces of Walls by complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical wall sander(having mechanical vaccume mechanism and RPM not less than 1500) sand pad to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as specified . NOTE: Area includes in this items upto G+3 stories of building. scaffolding and other arrangement to be done by contractor, nothing extra shall be paid to contractor.

M&L for 1-2mm thick white cement base wall care putty over wall or ceiling surface(old and new) ( Multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform & proper mixing of wall care putty) and making the surface even, smooth etc and ready& prepared for painting, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: 1. Area includes in this items upto G+3 stories of building. scaffolding and other arrangement to be done by contractor, nothing extra shall be paid to contractor. 2. Contractor has to submit 25% of the material before starting the work and get it approved by Engineer-In-Charge before commencing the work.

M & L for applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on ceiling surface with roller brush over already prepared putty surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying interior apex paint of required shade over already prepared putty surface upto two storey of one coat over and including priming coat of exterior primer using spray machine complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying subsequent interior paint of required shade over rough cast surface after complete drying of first coat using spray machine complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Weather coat exterior paint of required shade over already prepared putty surface upto two storey of one coat over and including priming coat of exterior primer using spray machine complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Contractor to submit all the Paint qty in 20 Ltr Buckets in Engr-in- Charge office and subsequent bucket will be issued to contractor as per requirement and contractor has to deposit emty bucket after completion of work. 2. Area includes in this items upto G+1 stories of building. scaffolding and other arrangement to be done by contractor, nothing extra shall be paid to contractor. 3. Spray machine should be from be authorised make like Asian, Berger or of equivalent make and should be approve by Engineer-In-Charge before commencing the work.

M&L for applying subsequent coat of Weather coat exterior paint of required shade over after complete drying of first coat using spray machine complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying Weather coat exterior paint of required shade over rough cast surface one coat using spray machine complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying subsequent coat of Weather coat exterior paint of required shade over rough cast surface after complete drying of first coat using spray machine complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old wooden surface of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint.

M&L for preparing old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enemal paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing old painted Concrete Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying applying one coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint (First quality) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Before commencing the painting, each bucket of material should be submitted for approval.

M&L for Painting of fencing with one coat of aluminium paint or any other paint directed by the Engr-In-Charge complete all as specified and directed

NOTES FOR SERIAL ITEM NO. 7.00 to 15.00 of BOQ (Contd). (k) GUARANTEE OF PERIODICAL SERVICES : Periodical services against serial item No 7.00 to 15.00 of BOQ using mechanized equipment’s only executed under this contract are under the guarantee of contractor for 05 (Five) Years after the certified physical completion of work. Contractor is fully liable under this guarantee to rectify and redo all defective work intimated to him during this period including all type of materials and labour to the specifications catered for in the contract. In case contractor fails to rectify the defective work, Accepting Officer shall get the rectification done as necessary at the risk and cost of contractor and recover the cost in full from the contractor. If the contractor consider that any additional treatment is required over and above that specified here in before in Schedule ‘A’, the same shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the Government.
