Demolishing cement concrete floor manually including disposal of material within 50 metres (C.conc. 1:3:6)or richer

Dismantling(IN PATCHES) old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix. 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand).

6mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix. 1:3 (1 cement:3 fine sand).

Providing and laying vitrified tiles in floor with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. a) Size of tile 600x600mm.

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacvement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). a) Sal Wood.

Providing and fixing 35mm panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screw, excluding paneling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Second class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing paneling or panelling and glazing in paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for paneled or paneled and glazed shutters 25mm to 40mm thick. a) Plain particle board flat pressed, 3 layer or graded wood particle board medium density Grade I, IS:3087 marked.
