PART A - CIVIL
a) Supplying and erecting M.S. tubular scaffolding using 'H' frames of M/s. Acrow India (or) equivalent with horizontal and vertical rows @ suitable spacing as per I.S. specification which should be suitably overlapped at junctions and cross braced wherever required and securely tied, supporting the scaffolding with building members as permitted by the Engineer-in-Charge, including all pipes of scaffolding shall be atleast 40mm n.b. dia heavy class seamless pipe, providing necessary safety belt and helmet to the workers and dismantling & taking back the scaffolding, safety belt and helmet after the repair works are completed all as per specifications and directed by the EIC.
a)M S Steel scaffolding
Repairs to damaged RCC structural members at all locations/ floors using polymer modified cementatious mortar, for strengthening the existing RCC structural members using polymer (dept. supply at fixed rate) and comprising the following operations: Notes: 1. Breaking cracked / spalled concrete members along the cracks with plaster, including removing and stacking of all unserviceable material at site, simultaneous transportation and disposal of debris at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge. 2. Exposing and cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly by light tapping / wire brushing of using strong emery paper and finally by acetone /rust remover of Dr. Fixit / Anuvi chemicals / Fosroc or other eqivalent. 3. Applying a coat of polymer and cement slurry in the ratio 1:1 by volume to the reinforcement bars. 4. Polymer required for the work shall be issued by the Department under Schedule 'B' 5. Bond coat should be applied @ 0.37 ltr./layer/sq.m. 6. Minimum FM of silica sand should be 2.10
a) Building up with polymer modified cementatious mortar for RCC structural members etc. in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 Kg. : Silica sand 125 Kg. : polymer liquid 10 ltrs.) with necessary bond coat (polymer : Cement = 1:1 by volume) for tack coat and also for subsequent layers using polymer including curing, covering the flooring /window with tarpaulins or equivalent covering material to avoid deposition of polymer mortar and cleaning of floor / windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Measurement shall be taken as per Litre consumption of polymer liquid only for above mentioned operations.
b) Repairing with polymer bonded mortar up to 35mm thick in layers of not exceeding 20mm (with out chicken mesh) in a day (proportion- cement 50 Kg : silica sand 125 Kg) with applying protection coat / bond coat to reinforcement, bond coat to old concrete and bond coat for every successive layers of 20mm thick in proportion polymer : Cement-1:1 by volume as per specification including covering the floor/windows with tarpaulin or equivalent covering material etc., and cleaning after repair etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge. The rate is inclusive of protection coat /Bond coat of polymer.
c) Repairing with polymer bonded mortar average 70 mm thick in layers not exceeding 20 mm in a day (proportion – cement 50 kg : silica sand 125 Kg. ) with applying protection coat / bond coat to reinforcement and bond coat for every successive layers of 20 mm thick in proportion Polymer : cement – 1:1 by volume as per specification including one layer of Chicken mesh 22 gauge, including covering the floor / windows with tarpaulin or equivalent covering material etc. and cleaning after repairs, curing etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC. The rate is inclusive of protection coat /Bond coat of polymer.
Jacketing and strengthening of R.C.C column with free flow self compacting micro concrete made with Roff concrete Repair (Super flow micro concrete) manufactured by M/S. Roff construction chemical, (or) Renderoc RG manufactured by M/s. Fosroc chemicals (India) limited (or) ESSEN construction chemical or other approved equivalent make, which consist of dismantling loose concrete along with plaster, cleaning the reinforcement thoroughly with wire brush and finally with acetone, making micro concrete by mixing prepacked dry micro concrete and water in proportion as prescribed by the manufacture, mixing them thoroughly for 5 minutes for achieving free flow state of micro concrete, pouring the micro concrete in layers, compacting the concrete by blowing strokes with 16mm steel rod curing for 10 days (curing shall be commenced immediately after 4 hours of pouring concrete) etc. including providing shuttering and disposal of debris at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC . NOTE: 1. Measurement shall be taken as per actual consumption of pre-packed dry micro concrete in Kg. used for structural repairing work.
Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete conforming to IS at all floors & levels including, supplying, cutting, bending, fixing and tying in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire including cost of binding wire, labour etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Binding wire required for the work shall be supplied by the contractor & the same will not be measured for payment.

Sand faced cement plaster 20 mm thick in CM 1:4, two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Build well' Ready mix plaster of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd/ Readymade Polymerised Drymix plaster -Silicoplast of M/s. Precise Conchem Pvt.Ltd. or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering,including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and levels, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, including membrane curing by applying one coat brush, roller or spray using acryalic based curing compound i.e. Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals/ Concure Of M/s FOSROC or other equvalent ( as per manufacturer's specification ) including removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposal of debris at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC .
Rough cast cement plaster 25 mm thick in two coats, for base coat in CM 1:4 using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Build well' Ready mix plaster of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd/ Readymade Polymerised Drymix plaster -Silicoplast of M/s. Precise Conchem Pvt.Ltd. or other approved equivalent make,having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at all floors & levels for base coat in 1:4, 12mm thick and finishing coat of 13 mm thick with cement and gravel in proportion of 1:3, including cleaning the surfaces, including membrane curing by applying one coat brush, roller or spray using acryalic based curing compound i.e. Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals/ Concure Of M/s FOSROC or other equvalent ( as per manufacturer's specification ), including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including removing existing damaged /worm out plastering and disposal of debris at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC .
Cement plastering using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar in CM 1:4 of pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Build Well ready mix plaster ' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd / Readymade polymerised Drymix Plaster - Silicoplast of M/s. Precise Conchem Pvt. Ltd. or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied on internal wall and ceiling finished smooth with neeru over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including curing and removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposal of debris at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.
a) 12 mm thick
b) 15 mm thick.
Providing and applying one coat of base primer (Apex Ultima protect of M/s. Asian paints or Aquatech of M/s. ICI Dulux or equivalent) and two top coats of acrylic water proof exterior coating of Weathershield flexx rainproof system of M/s. ICI Dulux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / form finished surfaces / rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.47 ltr/Sqm for 3 coats,(base coat @.29 Ltr/sqm & two top coats @0.18 Ltr/sqm ) for sand face surfaces including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. Complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the EIC.
a) Over sand faced plastered / Form finished surfaces
b) Over rough cast plastered surfaces
Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats synthetic oil bound distemper of approved shade and make over one coat of approved cement primer, including thoroughly scrapping, removal of old paint if any, sand papering & preparing the surfaces, applying approved stucco putty to entire surface to fill up crevices mild depression etc. scaffolding including cleaning of floors, doors & windows etc.& disposal of debris at a location in Anushaktinagar as identified by EIC etc. all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Painting old steel/wood work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Premium gloss enamel of asian paints or equivalant approved shade and make) over one coat of primer including preparing surfaces, filling with putty wherever required and cleaning etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.
a) On wooden surfaces with two finishing coat.
b) On steel surfaces like widows, collapsible doors,fencing wall, structural steel member, concertina/ barbed wire, chain link fencing etc. with two finishing coats over a coat of primar
Providing and applying two coat of Zycosil waterproof coating manufatured by Zydex Industries mixed in 1:2:20 propotion (1 Part Zycosil 2 Part Zycoprime 20 Parts of water) including filling up the stone masonry grooves with polymer rich cement silica sand mortar (1:2.5 with 200 ml of acrylic polymer) after scapping the old filling in any including cleaning surfaces of the stone masonry with water jet with high pressure water pump spray of at least 100kg/sq.m. and brushing / rubbing with coir to remove all foreing materials etc before applying zycosil waterproof coating etc. completed all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer - in - charge.
Providing and applying shrinkage crack filler of Dr.Fixit Crack X Paste / smart care crack seal of Asian paint in paste form / Aquatech crack filler in paste form of Dulux or other equaivalant material including opening the loose part of the existing crack , making the same in V - shape in required depth & width, cleaning the groove by removing dust, oil, grass, loose particals etc., press the crack filler in to the crack one time only with a spatula or putty knite and level the surface etc. completed all as per manufacturer's specifications and as per direction of the engineer-in-charge.
Providing vatas 100 x 100 mm at junction of walls and chajjas, canopies etc. with curved finished surface using pre mix/ready mix mortar of approved Manufacturer in CM 1:4 to match the surrounding plaster to the required profile including removing existing damaged/ worn out vata, hacking the existing plaster for bonding and curing etc, all complete as per specifications and as directed by the EIC
Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size at all floors, levels and locations including machine mixing, laying, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Brick work 230 mm thick in super structure Class designation 35 in cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.
a)Pressure grouting through RCC wall by drilling holes in RCC to required depth (min 150 mm depth) without causing any damages to reinforcement, inserting 1/2'' dia PVC pipe in hole securing the sides of the hole with cement mortar 1:2, pressure grouting with a mix of Cement slurry with 225 gm Dr. Fixit pidicrete AM or equivalent per 50 kg cement bag and continuing the pressure grouting till the flow of cement slurry stops, removing the PVC pipe, sealing the hole with Polymer modified mortar etc. ensure curing by applying curing compound etc. Complete all as per specification and directed by EIC.
Pressure grouting through RCC wall by drilling holes in RCC to required depth (min 150 mm depth) without causing any damages to reinforcement, inserting 1/2'' dia PVC/G.I pipe in hole securing the sides of the hole with cement mortar 1:2, pressure grouting with Epoxy Injection grout in proportion recommended by manufacturer( Make: Dr Fixit Epoxy Injection grout, Fosroc(Conbextra EP10) or equivalent )in to cracked honey-combed area of concrete by suitable gun/pump at required pressure as recommended by manfacturer, pressure grouting at all heights, levels and locations till the flow of Epoxy material stops and removing the PVC/ G.I. pipe, sealing the hole with Polymer modified mortar etc.Complete all as per specification and as directed by EIC.
Providing and fixing structural steel of approved manufactures (yst=250N/mm2) using steel sections such as angles, flat,tees, channel etc. of required sizes at all levels and locations including cutting, fabricating, welding, erecting & fixing inposion, necessary scaffolding and including painting one coat Zinc chormate primerover shop coat of approved anti corrosive primer and two coats of synthetic ename lpaint of approved make and colour on all exposed surfaces etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing & fixing of 40 mm dia heavy quality (Class 'C') M.S. galvanized pipes as per (I.S. 1239-1968) including removing existing spout pipe, Cutting or making hole or chases in RCC or brick work structure such as wall, column, beam, slab, chajja, dado etc. for passing the pipe line and reinstating all the damage to its original condition. grouting joints with cement morter 1:3 and as per directed by Engineer in charge ( Mode of measurement :- The measurement shall per Unit RM length of pipe line icludding pipe embeded in wall.)
Dismantling carefully the existing RCC Grill along with finishing by chiselling without damaging existing structure including cutting the reinforcement by gas cutting etc. disposing debris intside colony at disignated location identitfied by the Engineer-in charge etc. complete
Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position at all floors factory made Aluminium grill /Aluminium sliding/top hung/fixed/ adjustable louvered windows & ventilators with rivit joint of specified size, made of integrated bronze anodised matt finished (15micron thick) aluminium section (extruded) , including for making exhaust fan frame work, handles of specified size etc, of approved manufacutres for following types with extruded sections of Jindal / Indal / Aluminax or other approved equivalent make of approved sections with size and wights as directed for frames and shutters(including wastages if any) wherever mitred joints required confirming to relevant IS specifications with all approved Bronze anodised aluminium fittings and accessories, latching fixture, 2/3 rollers with ball bearing of superior quality all as shown in the drawing including providing and fixing aluminium channel beading/glazing clips fixed with necessary bronze anodised screws, grouting the gap with sealant and including dismantling of existing window frame and shutter, glass and depositing same to dept store etc all complete generally as per drawing, specifications etc, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. Note :Payment shall be made per Kg basis.Aluminium sections such as shutter frames, track window/door frame/beading channel for glass adjustable louvers etc.,shall only be measured linearly as per actual/finished cutting size nearest to centimetre and multiplied with sectional weight of the individual section and the total quantity of aluminium section will be arrived at for payment without any allowance for wastage.
