Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep including getting out in all kinds of soil and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of removing angle iron fixed in security wall, barbed wire of any description gratings etc.,

Demolishing brick work or stone masonary manually/ by mechanical means including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., built in cement mortar and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means with including staging of unservicable bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches by mechanical meant (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and depth upto 1.50m for foundation etc., and getting out in all kind of soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including removal of getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 5 above but depth exceeding 1.50m and not exceeding 3m and getting out any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying M-30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work upto plinth level including rafts, footings, foundations beams, plinth beams etc.using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings, bed blocks etc., including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying Steel reinforcement Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D CRS bar for all R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete below & above plinth level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, steel formwork to sides of Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,sides and soffits of foundation (if any). for rough finished surfaces of concrete,flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, steel formwork to sides of Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Lintels, beams haunchings, plinth beams, girders, bressumers, shelves and cantilevers including support overhangs etc., for fair finished surfaces of concrete ,flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) on both faces of brick work or any concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade for new work of two coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm over a coat of water thinnable cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, grill, gratings, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar works conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description of painting with synthetic enamel paint of two coats on new work of approved brand over a coat of red oxide primer and manufacture to give an even shade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description of painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of two coats on new work approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire with 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line wire to be measured separately.

S&F, Razor Concertina Coil 0.610m dia having 50 spiral per 6m length, weight 8Kg approximately (+ 5%), expandable to 6 to 8metres, over angle iron'Y' or 'U' shaped, tied to angle iron with GI clips on each angle iron to retain horizontal, consisting of 2.6mm dia heavy galvanised high tensile spring wire as per IS 4454, barb length 24 + 1mm , pitch between two barbs 35 + 1mm made of 0.5mm thick low carbon heavy galvanised cold rolled steel sheet as per IS-513, heavy duty steel clips as per IS 2062 and epoxy resin coating for anti corrosion complete all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by spreading, levelling, ramming and watering, as in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolishing cement concrete (un reinforced) in manually/ by mechanical means not exceeding 15cm thickness( below or above ground level) including disposing of rubbish in low lying area complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas not exceeding 1.50m deep including getting out of soil and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.50 m on all kinds of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Soling (or sub base), 200mm thick (spread thickness) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to Water bound Macadam (WBM) 15cm thick (compacted thickness) in two layers consisting of 7.50 cm thick (compact thickness) of eah layer with granite,trap or basalt, coarse aggregate of grading 2(63 to 40mm) each layer specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density complete all as specified and directed. Note: The unit rate inserted under column No. 5 is for total compacted thickness of 15cm consisting of two layers each of 7.5cm thick. Work shall be executed independently for each layer of 7.5cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom of medium setting bitumen emulsion on W.B.M / W.M.M. @ 0.50 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped to the required grade,level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification of 40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, of all kinds of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in sub base using 40mm graded stone aggregate finishing the surface fair and even including the cost of centering and shuttering of all work up to plinth level complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks/interlocking tiles 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and errect Prestressed concrete poles 9.0 Mtr long in true vertical position, 152 mm X 152 mm at top and 152 mm X 260 mm at bottom class-10 including cost of earth work in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 and coping 1:3:6 type 1 complete all as speified and directed.

Supply and embedding 32mm dia GI pipe (Med Grade) in pole collar/foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metres below ground level connected to galvanized iron wire 4 mm as earting lead upto 7.5 metres or upto test point / connecting point by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanised iron or steel as specified and earth wire protected by galvanized pipe light grade 20 mm bore light grade including necessary earth work and excavation in any type of strata, GI medium grade 20mm bore watering pipe of 2.70 mtr long with funnel and wire mesh, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber with 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 design mix cover slab with 6mm dia MS bars at 100mm c/c both ways with MS Hook 6mm dia MS bars etc complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note: 1. Rate quoted shall deemed to include cost of excavation in any type of strata, RFR and removal upto 50metre, PCC pit, funnel and RCC cover plate. 2. GI wire above 7.5m will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and laying 6 SWG GI wire at 0.50 Mtr below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Astronomical time switch of following configuration to be mounted in feeder pillars Lighting DBs for automatic switching ON/OFF of street lights at sun set & sun rise of twilight (Auto ON, Auto OFF, Auto modes) with manual override facility with 12/24 hour display format with suitable battery and indication for relay status i.e. programming at site complete as required of 2 output per phase and suitable for single phase supply complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing of LED security/ street light fittings 70 watts, new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast Aluminium housing with high efficient LED as lighting source with toughened glass having IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 etc complete including provision of GI bracket made up of GI pipe light grade of suitable size not less than 1.2 Mtr length bend to shape and fixed to Pole by means of clamps made up of 25 mm X 5 mm thick MS flat, Bolts and Nuts etc and connected to 3 core flexible copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, Laying, Jointing, testing and commissioning LT underground cable 1100 Volts grade XLPE (Cross Linked Polythene) armoured with galvanised round steel wire or steel strip, electric power cable heavy duty, with multi stranded aluminium conductor, laid in trenches, ducts, fixed on wall/poles with proper size saddles and clamp laid under road/ path/drain/ culvert or enclosed in GI pipe/fix complete all as specified for size 10 Sqmm X 4 core complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary earthwork shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for laying cables / poles foundation / stay assembly and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceding 50 m and depostingwhere directed at a level not exceding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to under ground cable providing with a layer 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned thickness only will be measured for the purpose of payment.

M&L for bricks; common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 size 230x 115 x 75 mm for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old pole/street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of overhead lines comprising of copper/aluminium overhead conductor, GI wire, cross arms, insulators etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for fabrication of kiosk box made out of fibre material complete with TPN aluminium bus bar and suitable for one number MCB SP with necessary suitable size MS clamps, nuts, bolts and washers including One number MCB SP 6 Amps 240 Volts, fixing on PCC/ Steel tubular pole including taking down old unserviceable box complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for wiring for circuit/submain wiring 2 x 1.5 sqmm along with earth wire 1 x 1.5 sqmm of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in and including surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit of suitable dia complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 3 runs of copper cable and on run of PVC conduit shall be paid as one unit length.
