Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness. as per Technical Specification Clause 201. (SOR-2.2)

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres. Hume Pipe Removal-

Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 m by Mechanical means (3.15)

EARTH WORK Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m (including royality @ Rs. 24.00 per cum, watering, rolling & compaction) as per Technical Specification (SOR-3.5-(I))

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulder (construction of Sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow area pits with all lifts and leads, transportation to site spreading grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table no. 300-2) (Sor 3.18 (i))

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.

SUB BASE Gravel/Soil-Aggregate Surface Course (Table 400.3) - Construction of granular surface course by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 402 MOORUM

Construction of granular sub-base (GSB) by providing course graded Material Grading-2 (Table:-400-2), mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

BASE COURSE Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom

20mm thick Open Graded Premix Carpet Carpet using Bituminous Providing, laying and rolling of Open Graded Premix Carpet with hot mix plant (30-40t per hour) of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates bitumen (S-90) to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing Coarse on a previously prepared base, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.

Seal Coat (Type C) : Providing, laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.

RIGID PEVEMENT Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing

MISCELLANEOUS Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel single angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro- reflectorised sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes

Reinforced cement concrete M15grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC:8-1980, fixing in position including painting and printing etc.

(i) 5th kilometre stone (precast)

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade boundary pillars of standard design as per IRC:25-1967, fixed in position including finishing and lettering but excluding painting

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY LOGO Sign Board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6mm thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mm x5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75mm x 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All MS will be stoe enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy as per drawing.

Providing rough dreses coarse stone masonary in C.M. (1:4) in foundation and plinth with hammer dressed stone of less than 0.03 m3 in volume and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including cost of screening, racking out joints to 20mm depth curing, taxes and royalties all complete job as per specification.

Providing and Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete Pipe NP3 as per design in single Row Providing and laying reinforced concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per Clause 1106.
