Special repair to Bldg No P-104 (OTM ACCN) of Corps Zone Wksp at Suratgarh Mil Stn under GE(A) Suratgarh

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for brick work with fly ash, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius , built in C M in 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 3 here-in-before but using old serviceable bricks retreived from item No 2 hereinbefore.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graged aggregate) as in Slab supported on walls, beams and column in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, deck slabs and in shelves and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Use and waste of form work in finished surfaces of soffits of suspended slab such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fare face of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar in 1:4 on fare face of brick work or concrete surfaces even and smoothe without using extra cement & with using integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately)
