Dismantling asbestos cement (plain, corrugated, semi corrugated etc.) sheets in roof coverings including ridge of any description and any thickness complete all as directed.

Supply and fix for 0.50mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating (AZ-150) GI based (Trapezoidal shape) corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws with two corrugation side lap complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching/ padding of roof slab to maintain slope complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab complete all as specified below and as directed including testing :-(a) Rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) using water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement on RCC roof slab, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and shall be maintained required slope and curved (b) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed cleaned to eliminate all sharp projection, washed dried up and cleaned of all foreign material and dust to receive primer (c) On the dried plastered surface, one coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm shall be applied. (d) On this primered surface, APP modified bituminous memberance 3mm thick with non woven polyster reinforcement weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm with plain finished shall be laid by torch application method (e) Apply a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm (f) The overlap while torching shall be 75mm on length side and 100mm on width side. (g) The treatment shall be carried as per manufacturer instructions through authorised applicater.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale, dirt etc from tanks, mouths of circulating pipes for capacity of tank exc.250 litres and n.exc. 500 litres complete all as directed

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, footpath, aprons or in shelves, platform etc bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) for laying of granite slab complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work ( table rubbed and polished) in steps , jambs. pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4), pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing serviceable tiles to store andremoving rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Material and labour for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exc. 0.06 sq.m but not exc. 0.11 sq.m as in floor, colour and pattern as approved by GE, set and jointed in neat cement slurry using grey cement and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick as in dado/ skirting and pattern as approved by GE, set and jointed in neat cement slurry using grey cement and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished light shade, area of each tiles exc. 0.18 sqm but not exc. 0.38 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and pattern as approved by GE, over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building as in false ceiling on and including aluminium snap grid work 605 mm x 605 mm size with using 36.5mm x 23.5mm x 1.5mm thick main tee, 23.5mm x 23.5mm x 1.28 mm cross tee and 25mm x 25mm x 1.5mm angles fixed to perimeter of wall including necessary supporting cleats made out of GI flat 40X3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long, hanger with 6mm dia GI wire and J bolts washer nuts for securing frame work to ceiling suspended @ 120 cm c/c both ways, size of grid shall be 610mm x 610mm complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling timber in scantling, fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc over 40 Sqcm in section in unframed work in any position complete all as directed.

Material and labour for 2nd class hard wood, wrought, in scantling timber unframed work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for 30mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, guage etc, with out sash bars, edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, guage etc, size of members of shutters as specified in MES SSR Part-I, Section 8, Clause 8.20 (b) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 2nd class hardwood, plain, solid straigtht chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints all as specified and as directed .

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick surfaces in two layers (10mm + 5mm) mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement with second layer, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Supply only waterproofing compound will be measured and paid separately).

Supply and fix for solid PVC single rebated door frame of size 100mm x 45mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. tube fixed in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as directed.

Supply and fix for factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded prelam PVC sheet on the front face and 2mm prelam PVC Sheet on back face, fixed in frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as directed.

All as per serial item no. 36 here-in-above but for wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of wood grain printed PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly. (NOTE:- Wire gauze shall be provided stainless steel)

Supply and fix for solid PVC single rebated door frame of size 50mm x 95mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. tube, fixed in opening as per specification and drawing complete all as directed.

Supply and fix for factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, fixed in the frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate) for kerb stone of size 300 x 300 x 100 mm at side of interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC of any description and in any position other than ground floor exc.15 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed. (for sunken portion )

Materil and labour for waterproofing treatment to RCC sunken slab complete all as specified here-in-below. Make: PIDILITE or equivalent. (a) Clean the sunken protion of toilet/ Bath/ WC/ Kitchen throughly to remove laitance, dirt, dust etc. (b) Form angle fillet of size 40mm x 40mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar (Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent) (c) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floors shall be sealed with "Dr Fixit Bathseal tape" and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout " Dr Fixit Bathseal Grout" or equivalent, nahani traps to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner. (d) After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion shall be overlaid with a 50mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate) mixed with integral WPC (liquid) laid to slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall, provide 40mm OD UPVC pipe at the lowest point with 300 mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall and fill up the sunken portion with lean concrete (1:5:10) type E2 complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: After completing plumbing work in the toilet /WC /Bath Kitchen floor, tiling work (floor and dado) can be carried out using suitable tile adhesive and ready to make tile grouts of approved makes such as Dr Fixit, FOSROC SIKA, MC BUCHEMIE, ROFF, etc).

Material labour for waterproofing treatment to wall surfaces complete all as specified here-in-below. (a) Apply one coat of a bitumen modified polymer coating "Dr Fixit Bathseal Plus" or equivalent on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely. (b) In the remaining area, in dry sustrate condition cleaning with brush and apply first coat of the same coating and further apply second coat when first coat is dry, extend the coating upto 150mm above the FFL, above the FFL, another cementitious waterproof coating "Dr Fixit Pidifin 2K " or equivalent can be further applied right upto 2.1m to waterproof the shower area also, if it is a bathroom or bath cubicles of a sanitary annex and apply second coat after 6-8 hours and allow to dry completely.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in chimney, roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as directed.

Dismantling water storage tank exc. 250 and n.exc 500 litres capacity and removing from site complete all as directed.

Supply and fix for 500 litres capacity, rotational moulded polythelene water storage tanks (ISI marked) (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in postion complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for ball brass valves 20mm dia, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrural and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring (light, fans, socket etc) complete including battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose, light fittings, regulators, socket etc and making good the disturbed surface of wall/ floor etc complete all as directed.

Make : Cat No.LCTLN-20-CDL of Crompton Greaves or equivalent model in Philips/ GE as approved.

Supply and fix for 10 watt integrated LED tube light fitting 2 ft, suitable for single phase 230 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply and mounted on wall or ceiling, complete with all accessories internally prewired and including electrically connection with copper conductor cable of size 0.5 Sqmm (nominal area) complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Cat No.LCTLN-10-CDL of Crompton Greaves or equivalent model in Philips/ Wipro as approved.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with approved colour coding as per IS with two single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor of size 6.0Sq. mm nominal area and drawing through and including suitable size heavy duty PVC casing and capping with all accessories including one run of PVC insulated 6.0 Sqmm (nominal area) multistranded FRLS copper conductor as earth wire connected from DB to DB/ main board including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any size and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. (Note- Two runs of 6.0Sqmm, one run of 6.0 Sqmm conductor as earth wire and one run of PVC casing and capping will be measured as one unit)

Taking down carefully DB's and making good the disturbed surface of wall/ floor etc complete all as directed.

Supply and fix for VTPN DB , 415 volt, 4 way, 200 Amps rated bus bar with metal double door including incomming MCCB 160 Amps, 4 pole, breaking capacity 16KA and making good the distrubed surface to match with existing colour of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for sheet metal enclosure MCB DB SPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar 240 volts double door and making good the distrubed surface to match with existing colour of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for MCCB 63 Amp, 4 pole, 415 volt, breaking capacity of 16 KA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for MCB SPN rated capacity 6 to 32 Amps, 240 Volts breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and as directed.
