Dismantling steel work in all sections in metal sheet, angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking at location inside campus as directed by Engineer in Charge

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material.For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and up to 40 mm

Removing the sludge from the bio gas tanks / sumps including allied activities like diluting or any other activities that may be required for desludging through suction pumping etc. and disposing outside ACTREC premises strictly as per local municipality norms including Supplying moorum stacking at site including filling the desludged tank/sump and spreading as instructed by EIC.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing & laying rubble stone soling 225 MM thick using spotless stones below floors roads/pavements etc. mechanically / manually consolidated thickness as specified below with stones vertically handset interstices packed with smaller stone chips, binding with murrum & sprinkling water for proper consolidating and finishing to required levels in quantities as and when required etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Chequered terrazo tiles 22 mm thick , jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and polishing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) :Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge out of ACTREC premises including all lead and lifts
