M&L for 25 mm thick PCC B-0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded) as in PCC under layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to flat roof and edges applying 3 mm thick APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer with weight not less than 3.00 kg / sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fabric weight not less than 150 gm per sqm on primed surface by force application over the APP membrane @ 0.11 kg/ sqm over applying evenly a priming coat with bituminous primer @ 10 kg kg/sqm after necessary cleaning the surface and applying one coat of aluminium paint over APP membrane including removal of existing membrane complete all specified and as directed.

M&L prime the surface with BTD with water @ 1:1 ratio (200gm BTD 200gm water) and use as primer @400 gm/m2 allow the primer coat to touch dry condition apply 1st coat of ShaliUrethene® BTD @ 0.8 kg/m2 by brush/roller/airless spray while the primed surface is tacky. For faster and smoother application, apply with airless gun.Allow 1st coat to dry for 10-12 hr Apply 2nd coat of ShaliUrethene BTD @ 0.8 kg/m2 by brush/roller/airless spray for final DFT of 1200 micron in two coats including taking down old APP membrane and prepration of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Mild steel framed work of angle or other section as in gusset plates, rails braces, wind ties, cleat, hold fasts etc, complete as required conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete as specified and directed

S&F Mild steel framed work in tubular trusses and tubular posts using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S 1161-1979 Grade St-240 including necessary welding, bolting, special shaped washer, clamps, cleats etc. with and including one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated/semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.
