Taking down cement plaster on brick on stone walls etc including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris out side M D land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick plastering by using ready mix cement mortar in Cement mortar 1:4 in 2 coats (15 mm thick backing coat and 5 mm thick setting coat mixed with water proofing compound) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished surface even and smooth with out using extra cement including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures in high rise buidings upto (G+14) floors etc. all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be mesured and paid seperately)

M& L for 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 using prepacked (Ready Mix Plaster) proportioned dry mix mortar mixed with water proffing compound on fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces , finished surfaces fair and smooth without using extra cement including transporting of material, mixing, curing, etc including providing chicken wire mesh at the joints of brcik/ concrete wherever required complete as per direction of Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i) Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately as supply only

M&L for repair to Spalling of concrete, damaged surface of RCC elements like beams, columns, wall, slab by removing all loose cement plaster/concrete, dust, oil, paint, grease, waterproof coating etc, Expose fully any corroded steel in the repair area and remove all scale and corrosion deposits , Apply rust remover for rust free bars, apply Epoxy zinc primer over the cleaned rebars and allow it to dry before pouring of Micro concrete applying one coat of Epoxy bonding agent before pouring of mix concrete, providing and laying of micro concrete at least upto 20mm thickness (average) by using the recommended water powder ratio mix the microconcrete with pan mixer as per manufacturer's instruction including watertight shuttering at any position including necessary curing and remocal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Rate of rust remover, Epoxy zinc primer, Epoxy bonding agent and micro concrete is included in this item.

M & L cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in coping,roof curve of masonary wall including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including demolition of old concrete and removal of debris outside MD land as directed including necessary form work complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces, cleaning of loose paint , grease , growth of fungus, algae or moss by using wire brushing and applying rustic texture paint of 3mm thick of desired finish as approved ,over applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of exterior wall primer which includes and watering complete all as specified and directed .Note 1. Stepwise approval shall be obtained from the Engineer-in-Charge, same shall be kept in record as site documets. 2. Work shall be carried out through authorised applicatoronly. Copy of MOU with authorised applicator shallbe submitted by the contractor before commencement of the work. The copy of the same shall be kept on record before payment of RAR enclose with recovery @ 5% of the amount shall be levied from the contractor as penalty.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil emuslion distemper over a coat of alakali resistant primer over 2 to 3 mm thick wall care putty as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (compony depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces complete as specified and as directed. Note 1. Stepwise approval shall be obtained from the Engineer-in-Charge, same shall be kept in record as site documets. 2. Work shall be carried out through authorised applicatoronly. Preparing of oldsurfaces of walls/ceiling washing the surface thoroughly, filling the cracks, creaves with crack filling compound as suggested by the manufacturers and applying two coats of Rain coat manufactured by Dr Fixit of Piddilte Industries Ltd.or Techno commercial equivalant as aprroved (shade to match the existing paint) incl necessary scaffolding and safety measures for work all as specified and.directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable aluminium windows with frame, shutters etc complete all as specified and directed..

S & F Powder coated aluminium sections (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters and frame of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required complete all as specified. Note :-(i) Glass pne shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) The rate ratequated shall be inclusive of neoprene beading, glazing clips, screws etc as required but shall not be measured for arriving weight. (iii) The rate shall be inclusive of locking arrangement inclusing complete packing with silicon gel around contacting surface of aluminium work with matching existing areas. (iv) The size of aluminum section shall be as per HQ CE TD drawing No TD/2021/01 to 05 .

Hacking out old broken glass ( any thickness, size, quality or description ) from wooden or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4 mm thick plain glass sheets ordinary quality in squares n.exc 0.5sqm each pane fixed with rubber beading in aluminium windows/doors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3mm thick figured glass/pin head glass glass sheet and glazing with oil putty fixed with beads in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs powder coated aluminium anodised grill (thickness of coating minumum 50 micron) with and including suitable powder coated aluminium 'F'/ 'H' section frame 23.40 x 15.30 x 1.40 mm thick with aluminium rebated/ screwed attachment complete all as specified and directed in following situation :- (Note : (i) Aluminium grill shall be of 'Deco grill' of as per Design No. DG102, 7.50 mm x 6 mm and weight shall not be less than 3.0 Kg/ Sqm or approved design.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick granite stone slab of machine cut mirror polished in flooring , bedded and jointed with grey cementpaste and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L for 18-20mm thick granite stone slab machine cut mirror polished in skirting/dado and jointed with grey cement paste and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L Marble Baroda green 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut and mirror polished as in skirting/dado/ window cills/ jambs, vertical surface over cement rendering and jointed with grey cement,over and including screed bed of 15mm thick in CM 1:4,including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of marble and making nosing at right angle corner complete.all as specified and directed.

Extra over granite stone slabs for edge polishing/ chamfering/ noising/ grooves/ bevelling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof /wall coverings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor for height of building exceeding 10 metres but not exceeding 20 metres complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed..

S& F for Framed work such as grills, gratings, gate etc. with ends of bars welded, shouldered and/or riveted, welded or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 at any height including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including coping including removing debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs/pading or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edegs using water proofing chemical as aprroved as per manufacturer's instruction or equivalent approved availabale from list of manufacturers complete all as specified. [Note :- Water Proofing Chemical shall be measured and paid seperately].

Material and Labour for the roof surface thoroughly wire brushed, washed and dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust to receive bituminous primer, apply bituminous based cold applied primer @ 270 to 300 gms/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP all as per manufacturers instructions. Laying 5 layered 4 mm thick APP (A tactic poly propylene) modified membrane reinforced with 180 GSM (Gms/Sqm) of non woven polyester mat, applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane with an overlap of 100mm in longitudinal direction and applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint on APP sheet incl removal of old damaged APP sheets and removing from MD land complete all as specified and as directed

Note 1. Work shall be carried out at highrise building. The rate shall be considered for necessory scaffolding and saftey precuations. 2. All debris shall be removed outside MOD land and rate shall be included in rate quoted for the tender.
